Great quality products that fit well and are durable. Wearing a Christys hat makes you stand out in the crowd and shows that you have individual taste not dictated by trends. I particularly like to foldable versions . Love the red satin interior and leather sweat band. Well packed and speedy delivery . My next target is a classic Panama.

First of all - cracking well make hats and caps that look better in my view than others on the marker also their service and speed of delivery is first rate

Useless. Ordered a hat at Christmas and it didn’t arrive. Contacted “customer services” numerous times and didn’t get even the courtesy of a reply. They still manage to send me marketing emails a few times a week though.

Well at least leaving a review here elicited a response. No apology though, no contrition either. Just the implication that it is somehow my fault for not guessing their new customer service email. Not very impressive. Would not be raising my hat to Christy’s, if I had one.

I have a few hats ( Panama hats, felt hats, hats) from Christys’ that I’ve been wearing over the last 10 years. They still occasionally get a compliment!

Never had an issue in store or via the online website even when shipping to europe.

I have been/am truly impressed with the recognition of my and it seems many others negative experience with the past owners of this iconic company.. It seems like Dani and co are working round the clock to repair the damage done. Admirable . Thanks . Christy’s has my 💯 support and business once again. All the best.

I received a Christy’s flat cap as a wrap gift a few years ago at the end of filming a popular tv series. The cap has been a favourite of mine since then and I was somewhat saddened when the centre button was lost.
I contacted Christy’s and enquired whether it could be repaired and was delighted by the service I received. Dani kept me informed at every step of the process and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result.

Very helpful with sorting out the shaping of a hat bought from the old company. Great service in head office and the shop itself.

I bought 3 caps in December and the old company took the money but nothing was delivered. Now, the new company has picked up my order and delivered the closest things they had to what I had ordered. Of course, they weren’t obligated to do this but I am really grateful that they did and am very happy with the outcome. Great customer service and I’m delighted that I’ll be able to buy hats from Christy’s in future! Andy

I ordered an Ascot Top Hat. It was too big for me when I received it so I sent it back and asked for a smaller size to be delivered. Within a week of sending the initial delivered hat back I had the replacement smaller hat. It fits brilliantly and is great quality. Excellent customer service.

After the bankruptcy of Christy's the new owner did everything that could be reasonably expected to deal with my order placed before the bankruptcy.

I’ve just had my confidence in Christy’s Hats restored. As other customers have experienced, I had a problem with an order placed before Christmas. Right hat, completely wrong size! Company then went into liquidation and my fear was that there would be no resolution. Communication from the new management has been prompt and honest regarding the situation. A replacement has been provided poste haste and, apart from the first choice of colour still not being available, the hat received is fab.
