I ordered a Omega Moonswatch and paid £300 for it. When the watch arrived it was so clearly a fake and to add to my disappointment it was also broken. After much back and forward from the seller with ever increasingly bizarre attempts to prove the watch was real, like take it into a completely dark room and take a photo with no flash. I also had to send a video of the watch not working. I was questioned about the quality of the UV light I had used to show missing glow in the dark elements. The photos describing the watch had pictures of a warranty card that was for 2 completely different watches. When it became obvious the watch was fake the seller offered a refund. Chrono24 were next to no use. I had to pay £55 to return the watch to Canada, I won't be getting reimbursed. Out of interest I picked 6 random Moonswatchs and doing a basic AI check 4 of the 6 were very clearly fakes and not even good ones. You can have a go at trying to sell fakes with no comeback. Pretty dodgy, I would not recommend using this website.

Very easy to find the watch I was looking for. Was able to message the seller before purchasing to make an offer and the communication was easy.

This is the second watch I have bought through Chrono 24 neither was straight forward, the first I did not get on with and returned after a week, the second there was a problem with the strap. However Chrono ensured both issues were sorted with both dealers the first I returned even though the tags had been removed, the dealer was fine with that even though the terms say they must remain attached to return, the second, the strap was falling to bits, but they agreed to a partial refund. I’m not sure if I would have had such good experiences without Chrono being the middle man. Let’s face it they are a very large site and the dealers don’t want to get in their bad books so I’m sure that encourages them to give good customer service. So thanks Chrono I will be back for more.

This is a trustworthy watch buying site, I was hoping to receive more guidance with relation to the watches I was interested in and hoped they would give me advice on items for sale and how to secure a purchase, but it was difficult to get a response and any support from the agents. But in the end I bought a watch from a seller in Italy and had an easy and good connection with them. I received my purchase safely.
