This was my highest value transaction to date, and I felt totally secure all the way through the transaction. The communication from the platform is excellent and you get plenty of opportunity to check your purchase before funds are released to the seller. Week 3 of no personal correspondence/calls from chrono24 re my purchased brietling, The watch came with no bracelet, dead battery and no service history, even though the advert had all of these listed as included. Please don't buy from this site, they don't give a shit about the customer. I paid over 3k plus import taxes for this watch. Stay well clear of this site, its a rip off. I will continue to post negative feedback until my last breath. disgraceful.

First time using Chrono24 UK - we bought a used Franck Muller watch from a dealer in Japan. It was delivered efficiently by DHL. We knew in advance what import duty we were required to pay.
We are absolutely delighted with the watch which is flawless. We have a certificate of authenticity as well.
We had to get a few links removed to fit my wife's wrist. They had been glued in but this was easily solved at a watch service centre - all it needed was them to be warmed up to soften and enable their removal.
Overall, could not be better service.
