Great website, watch arrived in perfect condition!

The account information given at checkout was wrong. The account name should be Escrow and not Chrono24. Given that I was about to deposit a large sum of money, this erroneous information did not give me confidence in the company.

The website was easy to navigate and has some great features. A good selection of watches with good details. Made communication very easy with the dealer.

Chono24 might be ok for buying in the UK but be warned if buying from the US because as I found out I had to pay nearly £2000 on a watch bought in the US for £9000 so total £11000 I knew I would have to duty but if explained plainly by Chron24 at the start of the purchase I would not have done so .Be aware don't buy from the US if you don't want to pay another £2000 on top!

I was looking for a particular watch. Chrono24 provided a seller with the watch at a good price. Communication was good.

First time buying on Chrono and process was simple and secure. Would definately use again

Selling as a private seller - when you are told Chrono24 takes 6.5% you think thats fine if the service is good. You soon realise it isn't.... You are given a time line of 12 working days before you receive your funds. However that's not correct. Item delivered and 2 days afterwards Chrono24 still showing awaiting delivery. By the time Chrono24 have updated that you are looking at 16 days.
eBay has it faults but at least it makes your funds available either 24/48hrs after selling the item. Chrono24 lives in the stone ages of selling a watch as a private seller. Do not recommend them.
