Its a scam 2025.

I’ve been burned in the past so I always read the terms and conditions when buying from a company I’ve never done business with. This trendy ad popped up from this seller. Got to the final check out and noticed the small print of a recurring charge. I tried to figure out what the amount is, what it was for and nothing. 😳😳😳😳😳 I promptly exited without buying obviously and found the actual company who makes these and this is NOT the real thing. AVOID!!!

Fraudulous practices! Hidden subscriptions that are charged every 14 says. No returns of refunds. Do not buy on this site!

Ordered one camera which was defective. Sent emails to customer service who asked for videos showing the camera not working. It has been a month with no resolution. Keep getting what appears to be AI generated messages stating that technical support team is looking into the issue. Horrible customer service and company is not standing by its refund policy.

Misleading Pricing, Fake Urgency, and Terrible Ethics
I ordered a camera directly from Chuzhao’s site for $138, thinking I was supporting a legit, limited-edition brand. One hour later—ONE HOUR, I discovered the exact same camera (same branding, same product photos) listed on Amazon for $66. Less than half the price.

Their site clearly states I have 24 hours to cancel with only a 5% restocking fee, but when I emailed them within the hour, they told me it was too late and that I’d have to wait for it to ship, refuse the package, and then mail it back myself at my own cost just to get 95% back. That’s not a policy. That’s a scam structure pretending to be customer service.
They’re exploiting fake “limited edition” urgency, overcharging customers, and ignoring their own posted policies. This company runs on deception and hopes you won’t notice. I did. Avoid them entirely. Order it off Amazon if you really want it and never trust this brand’s marketing again.

Camera shown in their instagram ad, operated by adults and illustrated with trendy looking photo results, is a massively overpriced child's toy. It even has "first camera for young people" written on the box. Hopeless pile of rubbish. Totally avoid. Not sturdy enough for a young child and totally unnecessary for any adult with a smartphone. Even if you don't have a smartphone buy a proper digital camera instead.
