The experience with cinch was first class. From selecting the car, arranging the finance and ultimately the deliver of the car. Patience was definitely needed by Mia, Sam and Paige whilst I sorted out my end of the finance which was delayed more than once. I never felt anything other than 100% support. Definitely recommending cinch!

Car was delayed , messed about by the finance companies cinch use . Within 30 mins of having the car engine lights came on, the tire pressure with the back two tires was 21 dangerously low considering the length of my car journeys , the door makes a sound like grinding metal and sometimes difficult to open , chewing gum left underneath the steering wheel , the person dropping my car off decided to go on and connect their phone and mess with the audio settings , vape stickers left underneath the driver arm rest . Won’t be using cinch again , customer service are really good and helpful but the car is no where near upto standard and neither is the finance company. Also 40ish minutes after i posted review went for a drive in it and now theres smoke coming up from beneath the passengers seats floor mat

Car is a whole list of major issues, taken 4 months and still not sorted. Don’t bother

I rang up initially just to ask a few questions about the cars I’d seen online, I just wanted to understand the process of buying and potentially part exchanging my current car. Sophie was that helpful that within 24 hours I’d bought one of the cars (actually one she’d found for me that suited my preferences). I felt totally supported and well informed every step of the process which was a breath of fresh air - I don’t know much about cars and don’t love spending loads of money in one go but everything felt really smooth and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car. When looking for the car that i wanted the sales person Laith was very helpful with all of his information and help car was delivered on the day said in clean working condition the delivery person Ame was very friendly and polite and helpful pleased with my purchase thanks .

Ian Neal was really helpful and showed me through the process of completing the sale. I would recommend the process of buying online and collecting in store.

Buying online was very easy and straight forward.

When collecting the staff were helpful and despite there being poor communication between the call centre and the branch did everything they could to get me on the road quickly.

Ian Neal and Mia Sears were amazing, they have helped us massively getting our car out in an emergency! 10 out 10 would highly recommend!

The only PROBLEM I have is that the manual is NOT with the car like it stated.

Saw a car I liked on-line, bought it on- line, no need to deal with push sales people, went to collect it (£225) to deliver it is extortionate by the way 32 miles from the dealership, drove it home with little fuss and minimal interaction with people just ideal for me.

Fantastic service, Ian Neal met me with warm welcome and so much information and advice, it really put me at ease as a first time car financer!

Bought a MG from the Darby store , very easy purchase no issues with the part x , shame the in car app was still bound to the previous owner and no service book , will give them a chance to sort but overall very good would recommend.
