This is the first time I have had to use a moving company to move house and was quite apprehensive about the process. I have to say dealing with the team at City Moves proved my concerns unfounded. From the initial appraisal/booking to the team of lads in the day I can only say how fantastic they were and supported us with everything. We didn’t have any broken items either!! Want to say thank you for an excellent service and would highly recommend.

We had a move date that didn't leave us any time to let movers know in advance when we were moving, we contacted city moves and they were brilliant, took away a lot of stress from us and were so helpful and accommodating. The men who moved us from bristol were great, and again the men who moved us in at Pembrokeshire were also great, can't thank them enough, I would definitely recommend city moves.

The team were efficient, friendly and well drilled. They made it happen quickly and knew how to deal with difficult items.
Price is reasonable too, which isn't always the case with Removals!
I would recommend, although they did eat a lot of my biscuits!!!!! 😉

The movers were on time, all very friendly. Got stuck in and loaded the vans carefully and speedily. Would definitely recommend City Moves for anyone looking for an affordable and excellent service.

City Moves did an absolutely fantastic job moving our home and business to a new property. A great crew of lads who worked so hard. We were incredibly impressed with their can-do attitudes, the care they took with packing up and unloading our stuff and their seemingly endless reserves of energy. I was given only 3 days notice of my moving date. City moves were so helpful and accommodating, I was given a lot of reassurance that the short notice wasn't an issue, they'd get me moved. Great service throughout. My only point to improve on is to better cover furniture when it's raining.

Brilliant, professional service from the start, from the first enquiry phone call to the first house visit/quote etc.
Great price, great communication throughout. On moving in day our items arrived and whete in our new home by 2pm, a great effort considering the 2 staff had to puck up the old house and do a 4 hour drive to the new house. Great communication from the first enquiry. Didn't feel pressured at all. The team on the day were excellent and did everything with a smile on their faces. Manoeuvred a couple of tricky items through even trickier spaces, there were no limits to their creative solutions!

Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend. I know some people are put off by larger companies, but presumably city moves have grown because they're a well oiled machine and it shows!

They kept in touch throughout the whole process, always working around my plans. When the solicitors made booking errors they went out of their way to keep the move possible.
