Excellent communication and support received from CityRise
I would definitely recommend CityRise. They are professional, communicate well throughout the entire process, and have a very supportive team. Fran kept me regularly updated every step of the way until tenants were found, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the excellent communication and support, and I wouldn't hesitate to use CityRise again or recommend them to others

This company is a con and a scam
This company will send you on a wild goose chase searching for properties that don't exist. If you challenge them, Hunza will hang up on you. The images of properties they are marketing are all fake. The particulars state properties have been fully refurbished which is more lies. Challenge them, they will simply hang up on you. Highly recommended you contract an alternative Estate Agents, a professional one.

We have since tried to reach you directly to discuss your experience.
For the benefit of other readers: we sell off-plan, new build, and renovated property, which means in many cases construction or finishing works are still ongoing at the time of listing. In this case, it was an existing property that is being fully refurbished. It was made clear on the property description that the internal works had been done but external works still needed rendering and painting.
We carried out seven viewings on this particular property, with all other prospective buyers being fully aware that external works were still to be completed prior to handover. We did try to explain this during your enquiry.
We have listened to the call you had with our sales consultant and it does appear that you called with the intention of conflict. For example, when our consultant said "I will get the person managing this property to reach out to you" your response was "what, your going to get someone to touch me".
This is also evident on the basis that you have left 9 x 1* reviews for other companies and 0 positive.
If you would like to reach back out, we are happy to book you in for a viewing on the property.
