Great experience working with CK Architectural. They helped with a retrospective planning application on a short deadline. Liam was great and knowledgable and was able to advise on the correct approach that would give the best chances of success. The entire process was explained clearly and they communicated well throughout. I’ll be sure to recommend CK and reach out for more architectural work in the future!

Rapid feedback at every stage in the process. Drawing up a proper application from my sketch plans, submitting it, dealing with enquiries from the planners, making appropriate changes to the plans, dealing very promptly with the planners as things progressed. A professional and supportive team able to make sensible, practical suggestions.

Bad communication with keeping me updated, great service until they had taken the money payments, I was told it would take three weeks to prepare the planning application at the induction meeting, it took eight blaming shortage of staff and Holidays , the drawings and presentation were first class it was just a disappointment the Architect in not answering.my emails.

CK Architectural led us through our whole project of two significant extensions from start to finish. At the outset during concept the input was both practical and creative. Several of our own ideas were improved upon and other ideas added. The creation of the designs was collaborative with CKA listening to our needs and wishes and incorporating them as practically possible.

The budget was agreed with CKA and they kept a tight lid on the finances. The initial plan was actually built within budget, and we just crept over due to a couple of unforeseen changes, such as the roof tiles to match current being discontinued and therefore we chose to have a new roof.

CKA made frequent visits to site and it always felt as if they had the project under control. It is not until you embark upon a venture such as this, as a novice, that you realise how complex it all is. However, with CKA leading the way on drawing completion, obtaining planning permission, appointing reputable contractors and managing Building Control eveything felt smooth and was stress free for us as the client.

For the service we received we thought CKS priced their involvement very fairly.

CK Architectural where very thorough, professional and prompt when drawing up our plans, providing options and guidance when choosing & deciding what would work best with the space created. Absolutely faultless, we've never done any big home improvements or dealt with planning departments before and was slightly anxious about it all, but Chris and the team took all the stress and hassle out of it all. The designs and advice throughout the whole process were first class. Never thought the space they created would make such a different, but it really is fantastic so glad we decided to get it done.
