I am writing to offer my sincere apologies for a statement I made regarding the payment protection insurance (PPI) refund. Upon further review, I have come to the realization that my previous assertion about not receiving a PPI refund was inaccurate.
I understand the importance of providing accurate information, and I deeply regret any confusion or inconvenience my earlier statement may have caused. It was not my intention to misrepresent the situation, and I take full responsibility for the error.

Good service
Good service, re claimed me funds that I wouldn’t have been able to. They kept me up to date throughout and didn’t need a great deal of information from me, which is something that I had thought would be problematic, but wasn’t. Worth their share of the win because of this, they put in the work and I really didn’t have to do anything.

Company was very easy to deal with, kept me well informed at all stages, was a bit disappointed that despite telling them twice that I had changed my address, letters were still being sent to my old address.
Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Be careful with your data!
After sending alot of information through there web form, i was contacted the next day by debt collectors. The debt collectors used the same email that i used for these 'solicitors'.
