I can't recommend Claimsline highly enough. I spoke with a gentleman named Guy, he was my first point of contact after an accident and he completely put me at ease. He reassured me and got everything sorted sorted extremely quickly. If you are ever involved in an accident don't hesitate to call them.

I have had a great experience with claims line, My advisor was so helpful sorted everything out quickly, arranged for a replacement vehicle and collection of my vehicle, answered all of my questions and made everything easy, Very polite, helpful, and found me a replacement vehicle that suited me ,they are doing a great job all of the advisor I have spoken to have been just as helpful welldone .

I was not in my car when it was wrote off, but that doesn't mean as it is less traumatic i was shaking didn't have a clue who to ring or what to do. The gentleman I spoke to calmed me down explaining what happens next and tried to put my mind at rest.

Stephen called me the day after I had experienced a traumatic car crash. He was friendly, courteous and professional and had a courtesy car delivered to my front door within a day of the accident. He talked me through the insurance procedures and followed up with a courtesy call. He made a bad situation a little better.
