I ordered the long handled nail clipper on 5/30/26
I never received a confirmation. They took a 20.70 payment from my checking account that was the correct amount, and they also took out a second payment of 30.84 that i have no idea what that was for. This is April 7th and not only did they take 2 payments out, i have not received the nail clipper. I cant find any way to contact this company. Is this a scam?
Please let me know how i can get a refund.

It almost looked like what was described in the ad. It was bent to such an angle that it was unusable. My partner had to do lots of modifications to get it to be functional. It is still not ideal, but better than nothing. I really like the concept of it. If manufacturing had have produced what was advertised, it would have been an amazing product
