I ordered a set of replacement cushions for our Corbusier sofa and replacement seats and backs for our LC1 chairs. Since our 25 years old pieces were not purchased at CD, I had many questions by email to ensure sizes would match. THE CD Team was patient and very helpful with their assistance prior to placing the order. After ordering, CD shipped on time and remained in touch for delivery details. The products arrived on time and the quality is great for a reasonable price. We now expect to enjoy our renewed classics for many more years. Thank you, CD!

Very good customer service. Quick answers that obviously aren't machine-written. All written promises were kept 100%. Furniture is of high quality.

- The order process was good, the company sent good status updates. This is very appreciated.
- The delivery agency did not call or mail in advance, that should be better.

All items were thoughtfully packed, not too much of plastic but well protected. They were all delivered in a pristine condition.
-- LC4: Overall a very well done product, it is visible that a lot of good finishing was done so it looks and feels very good. For example the welding of the main part is nicely cleaned.
-- Adjustable Table E 1027 / EG 777: Also a nicely done and pleasing table. It is possible to lift the upper part to the maximum and still it is usable.
-- Wagenfeld Glasslamp WG 24: From the outside it is a special lamp, sadly i am unable to test it because the plug is not adapted. Also the cable could be fitted with a nicer sleeve, this is a big minus on this product.

Die Abwicklung unseres Auftrages war in jeder Phase unbefriedigend.Schon bei den Vertragsbedingungen wurde deutsches Verbraucherschutzrecht(Widerrufsrecht, Rückgaberecht)nicht berücksichtigt.In der Werbung wirde der unzutreffende Eindruck erweckt,dass die bestellten Ersatzgurte für Original Corbusier Sessel verwendbar
sind.Tatsächlich sind die Gurte nur für Nachahmerptodukte von Classic Design verwendbar.Die erbetene Rücknahme wirde dann strikt abgelehnt.So verbleibt für uns ein Schaden von ca.600 €.Jeder sollte sich gut überlegen,ob er eine solche Geschäftsverbindung eingehen will.

ich muß die ganze Geschichte erzählen. Im Januar bestellten wir bei Ihnen ein Sessel und Fußhocker.
Der Liefertermin war mit Anfang März von Ihnen angegeben. Dazwischen kam Corona. Da Ihr Zahlungssystem nicht unbedingt auf großes Vertrauen schließen läßt, waren wir natürlich etwas besorgt, daß wir vielleicht nichts bekommen.

Dann kamen aber beide Teile am 08. März bei unserem Spediteur an, der uns diese Artikel in die Türkei liefern sollte. Sein letzter Lkw vor Grenzsperrung verließ Deutschland am 06. März. Drei Monate Corona mußten wir abwarten, bis der Spediteur wieder in die Türkei fuhr. Schließlich haben wir am 05.06.2020 endlich die Prachtstücke gesehen.

1. Verpackung hervorragend, das Transportieren und Auspacken war eine Aufgabe, aber ließ darauf schließen, daß da ein tolles Produkt verpackt wurde
2. Der Sessel und der passend Hocker sind ein Gedicht. Wir sind begeistert

Das wollten wir Ihnen unbedingt sagen, weil wir doch anfangs sehr kritisch und vorsichtig waren.

Wir werden Sie sicher weiter empfehlen.

But everything what was confirmed was fullfilled.
And this mid of Corona crises.
Nearly excelent job. But there always something to improve.

I asked not to bother me with ratings for furniture which dis not arrive to to the Corona situation. As I did not get an interim feedback but again a reminder to rate you now, it's a pity - but that's the result.

Bestellung unkompliziert. Lieferung hat etwas gedauert, aber alles noch absolut im Rahmen. Auflage der Liege ist perfekt. Tolles Fell mit schönem Muster.
Bezüge für die LC1Stühle sind etwas kleiner als im Original. Mit etwas Improvisation und Nutzung der alten Federn passen sie jetzt gut. Fell nicht ganz so schön wie das der Liege.

everything was perfect, the delivery was in time and the product is beautiful

At the moment I am disappointed. Due to the Corona crisis I wrote a mail about 2 weeks ago to get an information about my order that should have arrived last week. No delivery in those days is ok, but no answer/information is a no go. I hope I can change my review soon.

It took a little while, but now the chairs arrived and are wonderful - they were delivered even in times of Corona. Thanks!
