Ich habe am 12.2.2026 zwei Lampen und zwei Nachttische bestellt und bezahlt. Leider habe ich bis heute nichts von der Firma gehört und Mail oder Telefonate werden nicht beantwortet.
Ich denke es handelt sich um Betrüger. Wenn ich bis Mitte April nichts höre werde ich Strafanzeige erstatten.

I bought 2 sets of spare leather components parts for the LC1 Basculant Pony. The finish and stability are far from the quality of the original. So the price seems very high to me.

I received a shipping confirmation email on December 5, 2025, without a tracking number. To this day, I have not received my delivery. My repeated email inquiries have gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this seller! I have suffered a total loss of approximately €1,000.00.

although it's a bit intransparent which part of the company is settled where, I'm very satisfied after all.
The quality ist really very, very good.
But the fixed shipping cost are way to high, regarding that I had only a few leather spare parts. Even with the given 50 € discount, I payed more than 100,- € for a small parcel within the same country. There is place for an improvement...

The ES104 Office Chair is of very good quality. It is difficult to contact the company. Everything works perfectly until you place your order. Although it was supposedly in stock, it took almost six weeks for the chair to be delivered. In the meantime, I sent five enquiries that went unanswered. I even withdrew from the contract and demanded a refund of the amount I had paid. The shipping notification arrived two days later, so I took no further action. So, the product was fine – but the communication was a disaster.
