Delivery after nagging
After paying in advance I got confermation by mail on next day.
But sending not I only got as I have after 6 weeks asked for status first on sale without response. only as I mailed to invoice mail address I got an answer. The delivery was the. scheduled promptly and delivered as steted, product quality is as ordered, thank you.

ware nicht gekommen!
ich habe schon vor mehr als 2 Monaten die Ware bestellt und bezahlt. Am 8.6. sollte die Ware verladen werden und nach ca. 10-14 Tagen geliefert werden. Jetzt sind schon 19 Tage vergangen und es ist weder meine bestellte Ware eingetroffen noch bekomme ich eine Antwort auf meine Anfragen bei der Herstellerfirma. Anstatt dessen kommt per Mail eine Anfrage zur Bewertung der Firma! Wieviel Sterne soll ich da vergeben? Kann mir jemand helfen?

Erstklassige Ware guter Service
Wir haben 8 Barrel Stühle bestellt und waren am Anfang etwas skeptisch mit der Anzahlung und Restzahlung vor Lieferung. Die Lieferzeit hat sich zwar etwas verzögert wurden darüber aber informiert. Heute sind die Stühle angekommen, astrein verpackt und perfekte Qualität.
Wir geben 5 Sterne und eine beste Empfehlung.

Die Betreuung über Mail und auch telefonisch war wirklich sehr gut, die Zustellung früher als ursprünglich vorgegeben; das Sofa scheint hochwertig verarbeitet, der Farbton wunderschön! Wir haben bereits vor 10 Jahren bei dieser Firma zwei Lederstühle bestellt, sie sind noch immer in tadellosem Zustand!
