Easy to handle app! My kid is not a native speaker in English. However she enjoyed the phonics class from this platform. The price is also very competitive when compared to online learning platforms in China.

Scheduling can be difficult, but staff does try their best to accommodate. Would like feedback per session but there’s no direct way to contact instructors

I asked for a specific teacher and after a few emails back and forth they were able to accommodate the time and teacher requested! Overall I give this experience two thumbs up!!
