你好！我是中国地区手机号13922451019的用户。我于1月初购买了剑桥PET课程包，于1月22日上了第一节课，后来发现孩子不喜欢该课程，所以当天申请了退费。截止今天2月7日，你们还没给我办理退费手续，期间群里的工作人员多次推销和拖延时间，也没有明确的答复退款时间和流程 ，你们的这种工作态度和流程实在令人恶心，麻烦你们即时跟进该退款事情，不然我就到相关政府监督部门投诉。

Teachers are good. Teaching materials do the job however customer service could be more prompt and efficient. Strength: They offer a wide range of subjects which you could try and see if you want to make it a weekly routine for your children.
