You canceled my coaching with no reason and no attempt by Clays to contact me to reschedule. I called to reschedule and was hung up on. I have no instructions on how to order my second batch. The Quest lab you use locked themselves out of their lab and I could not get my blood drawn. Not a good first impression!

My hosts were so wonderful and helpful.

Will be using them again when I am back in the area.

The process was seamless and I received medication within a couple of days. The communication was great with frequent updates along the way and I’m already seeing results!

I'm not exactly sure what all is in your compound but , before when I was on Wegovi through my insurance company I was losing weight every week but I've only lost 2 lb since I've been on your compound I'm no longer interested in your product

I wanted to write a good review. However, at every turn, I was met with frustration, delays, a clunky UI (user interface). I never once received my medication shipment on time. And I likely never would have received anything at all if I didn't dedicate at least 4 - 5 phone calls every month and spend 20 mins on each of the 4 or 5 calls to speak with someone on the phone. Ea time, I had the same inquiry: where is my medication, what is the delay and when can I expect my medication. The process 'should' be automated, but I understand it is isn't or can't be. But, what is automated and never, ever late- my monthly EFT pull from my bank account. That is ALWAYS reliable. This service, unfortunately was not. I was a member from March 2025 - July 2025. It was more time (calling, on hold and emailing them) than I had to dedicate.

I was having an issue with the form so someone from their customer service filled it out for me and didn't put my weight in correctly. When I met with a provider they prescribed a lower dose because they said I lost too much weight too quickly and when I tried explaining that it wasn't accurate they said it doesn't matter what I say, they go by the paperwork. So I only lost about 4lbs in 2 months before someone finally listened to me for my last refill and they got it right. I feel like the service is awful and I wasted a lot of money and would advise to go with another company.

Contact was easy and delivery made on time. I just wish the afterpay would work. I have tried to set it up but it doesn’t work.

tried to cancel and no response. i went a few months without redoing the monthly assesment and they took money but did not bother reaching out to see why i hadnt ordered any product. tried to email to cancel and no response.

Cancelled my subscription, but they kept taking payments from my credit card.

Claya, is the best! They are professional and service is 5 star. My meds come on time. I am loosing weight. So I am happy!

I came across a Facebook ad after searching endlessly for reputable companies to purchase semaglutide for and I’m thankful I took the chance on them. I’ve love 45lbs in 6 months and completely eliminated my risk for diabetes. It runs in my family so this is truly a miracle medication.

Very very inconsistent. One department doesn’t know what the other department is doing. The medication did not work at all. Just an awful experience
