This was my first time with micro-suction and Vivek made it a comfortable experience!

Michael was professional in my matter I am 40 years old and when I was a kid like 14 I had gromits 3 times and didn’t know know I had gromits still. He did confirm my ears were totally blocked and confirmed the wear wax is moving the gromits so it’s best to get a GP appointment before anything further.
