Great friendly service & felt incredible afterwards.

This is 1 star, only because there is no option for zero stars. Beware of these people. I booked my appointment and paid my £25 deposit only to receive notice from them - the night before - that they wished to cancel. They promised to refund the deposit, as they are duty bound to do.  They still have not done so. Beware of these people


Mugunth was excellent. Did a great job and was really friendly.

Mugunth was great, perfect bedside manner and made me feel at ease and my ears are now clear!

Great experience with mugunth, no pain and fast

I had a frustrating first experience at the Walthamstow branch, however, Odonchimeg Battsengel at Liverpool Street was fantastic.

She was patient, attentive, and thorough, taking the time needed to properly remove my ear wax. Her professionalism, care, and dedication made me feel looked after and I'm grateful for her efforts. I highly recommend booking with Odonchimeg at the Liverpool Street branch as she turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
