We managed to get an appointment on the same day, on a Sunday, thanks to so many locations available. I booked for my child and he was seen by Pranto in Fulham. He was excellent and kind and dealt with our issue very quickly. Highly recommend!

Pranto was very kind and made sure I was feeling ok throughout the procedure. He communicated very well , explaining everything as he did it . He did a great job in helping me hear well again.

Vivek was wicked so helpful

It was easy and less painful as I was advised to put ear drops or olive oil. Ashika who helped with the process was very nice and talked me through the process.

My appointment with Vivek was on time and absolutely amazing. After an NHS ear syringing appointment was unable to remove the wax, I booked in with Vivek at Kings Cross. It took him 15 minutes exactly and he removed all the wax from my ears. He was super kind and helpful. Also, I booked same day which was great!

Michael was brilliant, my ears feel much better now. He was great at explaining what he was going to do and every step through as well as regularly making sure I was okay. He also has a great sense of humour as well as professionalism. 10/10 recommend.

Vivek Chowdary was very informative and helped me understand how to better protect my ears which products I should be using and how I am damaging my ears by doing what I am .
