Wes is very reliable, works hard and does an excellent job. He is proud of his work and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. He is a pleasure to work with.

We had a quote from Wes as well as quotes from two other ROC Door suppliers for a new front door and surrounds.

Wes's price was over £1,000 cheaper than the other two quote and he was the only supplier who filled us with confidence that the job would be done to perfection.

We saved a few hundred pounds more when Wes told us there was an offer on for a few days with ROC Door, so we took advantage of that as well so it came in even cheaper.

On fitting day Wes was on time, got the door fitted and left everything as if he had never been - clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. The sealing around the door (black sealant onto red brickwork) was absolutely mint and we couldn't have been happier at the time.

After getting chance to look at the door the next day we realised that it was defective in that the internal frame of the door where the face was bonded onto was very prominent and looked plain daft.

Wes took one look and agreed, and in his defence you could only see it from a certain angle and I think after it had baked in the sun for a few hours.

ROC Door refused to replace the door, but Wes fought our corner and arranged a replacement which was supplied and fitted within a couple of weeks to the same high standard. Totally different end finish to the door clearly proving the first was defective and very happy with it.

I am sure if we had used anyone else we would have just been stuck with the defective door and the fitter would have tried to wash their hands of us.

Subsequently we had Wes replace the glass in our 4 bathrooms to something more modern and again, rapidly supplied and perfectly fitted.

We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and have recommended him to lots of people who have had the same experience.

Wes replies quickly, shows up when he says he will, does a great job and is as clean and tidy on site as you could ever hope for.

The fact that he is cheaper than anyone else is miraculous really, because he is absolutely spot on in everything he has done for us from first contact to aftercare.

We can't recommend him enough.

Had used Wes and CGW windows previously for a front door which was excellent so had no hesitation in using him again for a new back door.
Again the job was carried out to an excellent standard with a great attention to detail and finish.
