Completely screwed me over
Completely screwed me over mid shipment, clearit.ca was not able to prove to the shipping authorities it was a legitimate company due to their address not matching their registered business name so the shipping company refused to write a bill of lading, completely screwed me over and i would HIGHLY suggest to use anybody, BUT these guys.

They are a black hole
They are a black hole.
I tried to using them, I both wrote an email and phoned over 13 days ago- I have heard nothing. I know they read the email because I have a tracker. The lack of customer service pre sale is so bad, I can't begin to imagine what is after they have my package and money. I will not be using them
Update Fwiw there was no response to my email and the voice message on their number says leave a massage we will get back to you. Neither happened

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you will not be using our service however, we did reply to your email about how to use our service by directing you to our registration page. As on Clearit.ca and on our voicemail, we are an online broker and our entire process is done through our portal online. We hope you find a service that works for you.

It was great and seamless
It was great and seamless. Not a lot of work on my part. I like that since I don’t need these services very often and I’m not familiar with all the requisites. But Clearit had my information from 3 years ago.

Quick response
After contacting at least 3 other companies, Clearit.ca was the winner because they actually responded to my request. They were very quick to answer questions via the chat and the customs clearance went through no problem.
