We had an odd piece of holographic electronic equipment to import. James, at clearit.ca quickly determined there was no duty on the equipment.

The shipping company disagreed. James dealt with the shipper and the issue immediately. He saved us some money and headaches trying to deal with the shippers AI bots and their tired customer service people.

Very easy and efficient to help you with your customs needs

It’s the second time we are using their services and we’ve been satisfied as the first time

No response to either email or phone calls.

Simple easy and very responsive with a change I had to make.

My questions were handled quickly and clearly. Document processing was fast.

this went much smoother then i expected, will be using this service again

I've received other shipments from the US, and Clearit made the whole process easy. Just a few clicks, and it was done.

It was my first time importing a pallet by sea, from UK to Vancouver. I forgot I needed a broker to clear customs. After looking at reviews and reaching out to a few companies, Clear It was the quickest to respond with the best prices. I went ahead with them and they cleared my pallet extremely fast, their customer service was quick and helpful. My pallet cleared customs on time so I did not incur warehouse storage fees.

Very easy and user friendly website. Documents are easy to upload and the entire process flows without any issues. Prices are very reasonable and I never have to worry about my goods clearing customs. We have used clearit.ca a few times and we are thrilled here at picturestock.com

Keep up the great work.

Good ppl fast at what you do
Thank you

Prompt service. Smooth results. No issues. Will use again

When carriers (looking at you DHL) were telling me that it would take CBSA 3-5 business days to clear a commercial shipment, ClearIt was able to get it done same day.

I've been using ClearIt for 4+ years. They are easy to work with and they remove a point of frustration from my day. As a small business I really appreciate that!

You guys make cross border purchases effortless

3 days to have package clear after carrier sent required paper work 3 times. hurt my client relationship with this unnecessary delay.
wont use again for my business

Clearit has been a pleasure to work with, they make things happen. The cover every detail with the paperwork, making it was a breeze to go through the border.

very helpful and quick service.
Our company had no idea how to handle customs or brokerage we were very happy with the service.

It took 2 weeks for our shipment to clear customs because Clearit.ca was waiting for a POA form but never requested it from anyone. Only from working with the trucking company, did we discover the problem. Clearit.ca never responded to numerous emails and voicemails to resolve the issue. Hope I never need to work with them again.
