Very, very helpful, even though I decided to keep the insurance I still have. Bethan Stephens was the extremely helpful sales agent who was honest (even though I think she is on commission).

Maria was absolutely fabulous! She took time to explain things to me and welcomed all of my questions - answering them fully in ways that I could easily understand. She spent as much time as needed to help me make an informed and good decision for my mother. I cannot praise her enough. Thank you, Maria. You made a very difficult (for me) decision seem easy in the end.

well i like to say that the guy on the phone was in the USA. and real nice to toke to . he was not pushy and explaned every thing to me. The benefits were almost the same but a little more. Well alot more thank you.

You're very helpful understood my needs and family a much cheaper co-pays so I can afford to get my eyes and my teeth and my health back in order.

Well I was able to ask questions about my concerning if I had to pay for any of my plan. I was informed of what I would need to do in order to see a specialist. My agent was very friendly and never talked down for being on government aide
