I spoke with Jessica Oliver who was one of the most knowledgeable agent I've ever met. She was very patient and very helpful in getting information on my doctors if they are in-network. She did a remarkable job!
Please share this review with her as due to my time constraints I had to sign up with the plan online nand not going through her which would have been beneficial to her. My apologies for that. Glad to be back with Aetna (both me and my wife) for 2025 and beyond.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Mimosa was my agent. She was very helpful and made sure that I got the right kind of Medicare advantage policy. My only problem was that she was at times hard to understand because of her accent.

after a 1st bad experience, I called again and this 2nd
call solved the issue. I was never call back by shacoya Burriss after speaking with her at length and was told she would call me on Friday. She finally called after everything was resolved on Tuesday. She said she was
sick. I told her she could have had someone else finish what she had started. Ray Trip finished the transaction in a very good way. 2 of us joined.
