I forbindelse med vi har skiftet hjemmeside pr. 30-6 er vores samarbejde med Clerk.Io også ophørt. Vi igangsatte implementeringen med en medarbejder der ikke havde tilstrækkelige evner til at få os op og køre hvorefter vi tager konsekvensen og skifter til en konkurrent. Det får jeg meddelt medarbejderen men indtil d.d. er der opkrævet den månedlige afgift selvom der har været 0 aktivitet på kontoen.
Jeg kontakter support og forklarer sagen. Jeg forestiller mig at intet firma vil kunne finde på at opkræve penge for en service man ikke har leveret. Men det har man åbenbart moral til hos Clerk.
Supportmedhjælperen gemmer sig bag ved "det er vores terms"
Det kan jo godt være, men så har I jo som firma terms der er helt hen i hegnet.
Det er skammeligt.
Vil anbefale alle jeg kender aldrig at lave en aftale med Clerk.

Først og fremmest er jeg rigtigt ked af din oplevelse og jeg kan godt forstå din frustration. Jeg beklager at vores service ikke levede op til din forventning, selvom vi har gjort alt hvad vi kunne for at give dig den ønskede opsætning.
Man betaler Clerk fra den dag abonnementet starter, netop fordi man får en dedikeret specialist som hjælper med opsætningen, samt adgang til vores produkter med det samme, hvilket du har også har fået.
Grunden til at du fortsat er blevet opkrævet er fordi du ikke havde opsagt din aftale fra dit Clerk admin panel, som vi ellers gjorde opmærksom på. Det betyder at du indtil nu har haft en aktiv konto med forbrug, selvom du på ethvert tidspunkt kunne vælge at opsige den.
Dit abonnement løb fra måned til måned og du havde derfor heller ingen binding udover den indeværende måned. Det krævede blot at du selv opsagde din konto.
For at bekræfte er din konto nu lukket, så du vil ikke modtage flere opkrævninger.

Smooth Installation, Great Service
We recently implemented clerk.io on our website and have been very impressed with the results so far. As with any major change to a website there were hurdles to be navigated, but our contact Daan has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.
Communication has been top notch all the way across the installation procedure and most importantly, the end product has worked! Our conversion rate has improved significantly upon last year, and we're looking forward to seeing how it performs over gifting season.
