Heb ik toegestaan, maar met zeer uitdrukkelijke opmerking van mij dat ik pertinent niet nagebeld wilde worden en dat initiatief bij mij zou liggen, mocht ik er alsnog iets in zien. Vandaag ben ik tóch nagebeld, heb direct aangegeven dat ik niet nagebeld wilde worden. En daar kwam weer de opdringerige benadering. Heb de verbinding direct verbroken en heb hem geblokkeerd.

El equipo de marketing también es una pasada, ya que nos pide opinión sobre próximos retos y soluciones. Es decir, escuchan al cliente para seguir mejorando en lo que se va proponiendo.

Doofinder en PrestaShop, el combo TOP

Doofinder es una solución que enriquece la experiencia con PrestaShop al 100% tanto para el desarrollador como para el Ecommerce Manager. Es una de las herramientas más solventes, la integración con el CMS es limpia, el módulo está optimizado.
Lo que más valoran los merchants es la mejora inmediata en la búsqueda: anula los zero-results, lo que lleva a aumentar la conversión.
El soporte desde el equipo de Doofinder es ágil e inmediato, responden muy bien ante dudas técnicas y en proyectos complejos.
Sin duda una apuesta segura para cualquier ecommerce con un catálogo amplio en Presta.

Mejorando la experiencia de compra

He tenido muy buena experiencia usando Dofinder en la web de Nutritienda. Marca la diferencia a la hora de encontrar productos, sobre todo cuando buscas algo concreto dentro de un catálogo tan grande y diferente como el nuestro ya que mejora bastante la navegación y ahorra tiempo, que al final es clave cuando compras online. En un ecommerce como Nutritienda, con tantas categorías (nutrición deportiva, herbolario, parafarmacia…), tener un buscador así aporta mucho valor a la experiencia de compra. Sin duda, ha sido todo un acierto integrarlo en nuestra web.

Et surtout, il apporte de la valeur au business.

L’onboarding est simple, avec un accompagnement de Customer Success de grande qualité, qui vous aide à tirer le meilleur parti du moteur de recherche.
Aujourd’hui, avec l’amélioration et l’intégration de l’assistant d’IA dans la recherche, cela apporte une connaissance du client vraiment impressionnante.

Deze gasten blijven lastig vallen en zijn zeer opdringerig. Ze nemen geen genoegen met nee als antwoord. Als je een product op deze vervelende manier aan de man wilt brengen kun je vraagtekens plaatsen bij de service en kwaliteit van hun product.

Spammy, Scam Calls

Just called us up. Told my colleague they were Woocommerce. My colleague checked with me, I said confirm that they are actually Woocommerce as we get a lot of spam calls. They confirmed that they were Woocommerce. They said yes.

They were transferred to me, I asked if they were actually Woocommerce. They said yes. They did this song and dance about search bars and when it came down to it, they said sign up at Doofinder. I went to their site and then said, this is not a Woocommerce site.

Suddenly they were a "partner" of Woocommerce and not woocommerce.

Wouldn't trust these people as far as I can throw them.

Doofinder is an independent product, not WooCommerce and not owned by WooCommerce . We have an official module available for WooCommerce stores, and that's the extent of the relationship. Introducing a call any other way isn't something we're okay with, and it's not how our sales team should operate.

Zeer opdringerig! Dan moet u nu even gelijk op onze website kijken en kunt u het daarna heel makkelijk op uw eigen website implementeren. Als je vraagt waar ze voor staan, dan wordt een riedeltje opgedreund, maar men wil het liefste dat jij het direct op je website implementeert. Dan kunt u dat nu gelijk doen. Nou nee... want ik wil weten waar ik aan begin. Waar staat dit bedrijf voor, wat zijn de ervaringen van andere gebruikers en wat zijn de kosten en hoe kan ik eventueel de proefperiode annuleren. Wat de kosten zijn? Daar heb ik ze niet over gehoord. Wel over een proefperiode van 14 dagen. Als een bedrijf uit zichzelf niet transparant is, dan ga ik niet in zee.
