Great Customer Service.
I had to get in touch with the customer service team and they were so helpful and kind as well as so quick to help. I was so surprised with the high level of customer service.
As for the blocks - my son was so happy! I will have to order more!!

I originally ordered the wrong product so they changed it to be the correct version before shipping it. I am hoping once I receive it that it is the correct one.

MISLEADING- SCAM ALERT- PLEASE DO NOT BUY
Should be called CLICK BAIT! This company misadvertises. Blocks came in a zip lock bag. Don't be fooled by the hight TRUST PILOT rating. Unfortunately it wasn't until I received this product that I found these one star reviews, many of which say the same thing. No storage box and blocks smaller than advertised. Request made to refund but company just told me that storage box was only with the legendary pack and offered no further information about how I could return the item. They will probably respond to this with the same blanket response that they have given to other customers on here. DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK BLOCKS. SCAM!!!
They eventually responded to my second email which seems exactly the same as other 1 starters pilot users. They are well versed in this obviously. Not a satisfactory experience. Please do not spend your well earned money with these crooks from China.

We’re happy to let you keep the item (maybe it comes in handy one day, maybe it can be gifted), in order to help you avoid paying the hefty shipping fees, and we’ll still instantly refund you 20% of what you paid. That may end up being a little more than what you’d be left with if you were to pay a return fee, so I really think this would be a lot cheaper.
I’m trying to make sure I don’t let you go with the least beneficial option for you, which in this case would be the return. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.

The size and contents of each pack, including which sets come with a storage box, are shown on our website so customers can see exactly what they’re purchasing before ordering. Only the Legendary Pack includes the full storage box; the smaller sets arrive in protective packaging. I understand this wasn’t what you expected, and I’m sorry it led to disappointment.
Regarding your request for a refund, you should always be given full information about the return process. If this wasn’t communicated clearly, we’d like the opportunity to review that conversation and provide the correct next steps. You are absolutely entitled to return your purchase if you’re not satisfied.

Quick and fast customer service
We placed a Cyber Monday order with ClickBlocks and immediately realized there was a mistake in our order and we ordered the wrong thing. We emailed customer support and received a quick resolution to our problem (even on one of the busiest days of the year!). ClickBlocks didn't charge us for the change in the order. I highly recommend buying from them.

Great Customer Service
So far I’ve had a pleasant experience with Click-blocks. They have been very helpful and responsive with the issue that I had to which they resolved very quickly. And as a kind gesture they have offered to send me a Pro pack for free also! The customer service team are really nice and a credit to Click-blocks, as a former customer service representative myself I know that their level of customer care is very very good! I’m sure my kids are going to love playing with these blocks. Brilliant way to reduce screen time with real life building. Another click bait scam
Another click bait scam, paid £30 for 70 blocks, advertising was very misleading. The blocks are very small and turned up in a zip bag. Contact them for a refund I was happy to return but they said it was only the larger box you got the display box with and didn’t give me the option to return. £30 out of my daughter’s Christmas money is huge complete waste of money

Not worth the money
I ordered the Pro-pack which came today and I am very disappointed. They are much smaller than they look on their website and didn’t even come in a box or have any instructions, just a few blocks in a plastic bag that didn’t even have a leaflet inside. Definitely not worth the money 😡

Regarding the packaging, the Pro Pack is shipped in protective packaging rather than a presentation-style box. We also don’t include instruction leaflets, as the blocks are designed to be open-ended and driven purely by the child’s creativity — there’s no right or wrong way to build with them.

Lovely magnetic toy
I am so excited to give these magnetic blocks to my son! They have a satisfying click when the magnets stick together and will be a great break from screens! We had a slight issue with our order, but a quick email exchange with customer service remedied our problem. A great product and fantastic customer service :-)

Minecraft IRL
They make a great product that really grabs the creative mind. Their blocks actually stick to one another in whatever way you want them to, due to their design having a mini magnet at each corner. You can build whatever you can think of, smash it flat, and start again! It's all the creativity of paints or clay without the mess. I bought the Legendary Box for my son and he practically hasn't put it down. They get the Dopamine rush of Minecraft, but the satisfaction of seeing it in the real world. I highly recommend these Click Blocks to any parent looking to get their kid away from their screens for a good long while.
