I can not believe these blocks score as…
I can not believe these blocks score as highly as they do on here. I bought on Black Friday. 150 pieces. Price without discount would be £120 I paid £43ish. I would be so disappointed had I paid any more. The box is small. With the amount of blocks my child will still not be able to construct the image on the front.
Returns are at the cost of the buyer, I haven’t looked into this but I believe It’s an international shipping therefore won’t really be worth returning.
Very disappointing.

The Legendary Pack does include 150 blocks, and the block size and pack dimensions are shown on our website so customers can see exactly what they’re purchasing before ordering. That said, we recognise that the box can seem smaller than expected in person, and depending on the build, some scenes may require additional packs to create larger structures. We understand how this could feel underwhelming when you were expecting more.
Regarding returns, customers can absolutely return their order for a full refund, and while the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, we’re always here to guide you through the process so you know exactly what to expect.

magnetic blocks
I recently ordered magnetic blocks in error. I kindly ask to retract the order within the 30 min period. I was contacted by click blocks and they made an offer to keep the order which I couldn’t refuse. We emailed back and forth a few times. I am now very happy that the products will soon be in my possession so I can see my daughter's happy face once she opens the present for Xmas. Thank you

Excellent customer service
I ordered these for my son for xmas. There initially was a problem with delivery and it took a little longer than expected but the customer service was outstanding. Thye couldn't do enough to rectify the problem.

I ordered and paid for a set of blocs but the courier let me down at this end (either delivered to another address or something else)! I contacted the company who then gave me 5 star service. They took up my complaint with the couriers (EVRI) and then sent me a replacement order. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction. Would definitely recommend

Dissapointed
Took, 3 weeks to arrive. When they did they are absolutely not worth the money I paid. Bought a legendary pack and an elite pack, which didn’t even come in any sort of box. Wouldn’t recommend for the price at all.

Fabulous gift idea
These are great, my grandson is going to love them. This will get him off the screen, especially now with the Under 16 restrictions. Had a slight issue and customer service was onto it straightaway, I'm so very pleased with the outcome, I feel they went above and beyond. Will definitely be buying more for his birthday next year

Be careful how much you pay
I bought a delux box set (the large set in a box) and an underwater add on. They were discounted in a Black Friday sale and I paid around £50. They took around 10 days to arrive. The sets are nicely presented but so much smaller than I thought. I see they are now heavily discounted and I could have paid half of what I did pay. I don't feel the sets are worth the money I paid to be honest so my advice would be, check the cost and measurements.

Click box was very helpful when I e-mailed over a misunderstanding. I had ordered the pro box thinking from the picture in the advert it was a lot bigger should of read the write up first of the different pack sizes.

I ordered my first click blocks for a gift this Christmas. When the package arrived, it was damaged and unusable. I emailed Click-blocks right away. The responded quickly and sent out a new package immediately. I have been extremely impressed by the customer service given. Would recommend purchasing from them. The click blocks are an excellent toy and gift, just unfortunate mine were damaged on arrival.
