Just complete liars. Don't stick to the returns policies they say and have on items, are very difficult and don't actually do anything they say they're going to do. Avoid at all costs. It's a shame Amazon has sellers like this listed as Amazon are great but Click & Get UK are just complete jokers.

I bought an iPad though Amazon from these con artists….they gave a delivery date and a tracking number. When the iPad didn’t arrive I checked with DPD. They agreed the number was theirs BUT they had no parcel to deliver…No contact from the seller. Had to go through Amazon. The bigger issue is: judging by the trust pilot reviews Amazon MUST be aware of the issue, but still allow them to remain as a seller…..Shocking.

Complete bunch of shysters. My iPad never arrived and was never out for delivery. DPD tracking said they tried to deliver. Complete lies. Hopefully Amazon will refund my £270. These scammers need to be driven out of business.
Edit: good news 20/12/23 Amazon will refund me under their A-Z guarantee. Hopefully they will cease trading with Crook and Get whilst also retrieving the money they refunded to me.

Scammers! Avoid at all cost or you’ll loose your money! I got scammed by this company last month and after paying for a Temu pallet, there was no order confirmation, no delivery details, nothing! A few days after this scamming company tried to use my credit card! Good thing I’ve called my bank straight after on same day of making purchases when I realise I was scammed and my card was frozen and had to get a new card! They tried to use my credit cardfor several transactions! Have reported to FCA and will notify other relevant U.K. governing body on this scammer! Shame on you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased an item through Amazon, (ensure when you do this that amazon fulfill the order) unfortunately I did not check reviews about this seller before. The device screen cracked just by simply pressing the home button, the screen was obviously not refurbished properly. When we requested to return the item the company told us that it was not in warranty ( it cracked less than 2 days after purchase). They did everything to delay the return process. Unprofessional and shambolic setup.

Failed to send the phone I ordered through Amazon, got a replacement which was faulty, tried to return it and they refused. Amazon no help either

Scam artists! Don’t buy from them.
I received an iPhone that stated the battery was good, but it seemed to drain too quickly. After a month the phone stopped charging so I returned under the Amazon Guarantee. They admitted it was faulty but deducted £40 from my refund for “usage” of their faulty product. Refused to discuss or engage - no customer service. Complete con.

Can you give minus stars??? That's what this company deserves. I bought what was advertised/titled as a Samsung A54 256gb new phone on ebay. The full description gave all the details of the A54 as well. After I paid for it, I glanced at the technical description and saw A34!!! I immediately sent a message to the seller, saying if it was an A34, to cancel the sale immediately and return my money. If it was an A54, that was fine, but not an A34. Please contact me to confirm whether it was an A34 or A54. I heard nothing. I contacted eBay to check where I stood with this - they told me I'd get a full refund if it was A34, so that was a relief. I still heard nothing - phone arrived - A34. When I checked the sellers, I saw they had A54 256gb's available! (dearer) - so I messaged them saying I wanted to return the phone and them to send the phone I had bought, rather than a refund. I had asked ebay to back me up on this. Unfortunately they just started processing a refund. I got them to phone me (ebay), but they said they couldn't intervene in getting sellers to do this; only refunds. They advised me to try to stand my ground until the end of the return date - I have contacted the company SIX times now, with NO reply at all, twice just after I'd bought it to ask to cancel the sale, and since then to ask to return and change the phone to the correct one, threatening them with bad reviews. They're clearly NOT going to provide me with the phone I bought, so they deserve a bad review.

Got me order damaged but still had to pay almost 20 pounds for tracked shipping back, which was never refunded. Messages to customer support remain unanswered for weeks.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a phone as a present and the recipient wanted a different colour. Requested to return and had to pay return costs. This was fine because there was nothing wrong with the phone and I had changed my mind so swallowed the return costs. Sent everything back exactly as received, and then had a message saying they would refund the money minus £15 because the charger was not sent back. Before this to query anything or any proof that it was not sent back. I hundred percent send this back, so I know that they have scammed me. The communication is shocking and I would definitely never purchase from them again. Please do not touch this company!

Bought what meant to be a new Galaxy S23 Plus, but instead they've sent me a used and may be refurbished, and lied saying they've sent a new phone but when I've checked their website it was clear that they're lying and didn,t have any new S23 in stock

Ordered a refurbished iPhone SE 2020 from Clickandget [via Amazon] and then read these Trustpilot reviews afterwards [ don’t we all ? ] Oh no, have I made a big mistake ?
Well no. Next day I received a phone that looks & works like new.

Wrong item sent to me (completely different model), bought through Amazon, who were not very helpful, did not provide free return shipping label and item not being returned to Amazon Warehouse, all in all, I would not purchase phone through Amazon.

Item did not have confirmation of grading either on it.

I wish I read the review on trust pilot before buying from this company. I trust Amazon, that's why I buy a refurbished phone, they send me a phone that is not working and claim I change it when I return. Amazon also fail to refund. Avoid this company by all means, they are scammers

As others have said, avoid this company. They sent me a phone which was aesthetically good condition but the battery wouldn’t hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. I purchased through Amazon so this company could hide behind this and not respond to messages until the refund date had expired then only offered a repair which is fine, until I received a postage label that I had to pay for and it was suggested I get insurance as they will not be held responsible. Amazon and criminals are in cahoots us unfortunate customers will always loose out in these situations. Please buy from a reputable company and take note of these bad reviews we haven’t taken time to write these for no reason!

Took sooooo long to sort out I paid out to get the phone fixed myself. Do not reply to emails phone number is non existence. In future I will buy from a reputable seller.

Bought a iPhone SE 2022 through Back Market which was delivered with a poor charging cable from an unrecognised brand, retailing at £1.24, incorrect USB (USB-A not USB-C lightening) and the only review I can see says that it broke within a few weeks/months.

Seems like they save £20-30 quid per phone by shipping cheap charging cables. Makes that discounted price a little less appealing.

The seller has come back to me and apparently the Back Market Quality Charter does not specify any requirements about the quality of the charging cable other than being able to fit into the device (eg. lightning connector).

So even though the only written review of this charging cable stated that it broke within weeks/months (also other points above), the seller has concluded that it meets the quality standards of Back Market.

Seems like a loophole that encourages the refurbishing company (seller) to sell the original charging cables at a premium separately to the phone itself while then including a cheap as chips, bound to break cable that could potentially harm the phone (its rare, but when the cable is this poor quality, then its a real possibility).

In my opinion, they may as well not have provided a cable and therefore it should not have been advertised with one.

The company never delivered my phone, and blamed it on a mistake with DPD. They refused to give me a refund or replacement until I got a handwritten police crime report for it, which is not something that is possible. They have basically stolen £450 from me.

Rubbish company. They do not like to refund even when they are at fault.
Phone arrived days after they advertised. I was polite with my refund request but they did not refund the vat until pushed. Also they are reluctant to refund postage as per their t & c's. Just a waste of my time...!!!

I bought a refurb Galaxy A21S phone from ClickandGet via Back Market. It arrived very quickly, but stopped working after 5 days. I returned it, choosing the 'Repair or Replacement within 3 working days' option (not for a refund): after 4, I asked what was going on and got a curt reply saying my money was being refunded with a deduction because I hadn't returned the charging cable (which I had!) - no details, no mention of how much, or why it couldn't be repaired or replaced. ClickandGet's own website confirmed that they had exactly the same phone in stock and so could have sent a replacement. They deducted £17.99 for the "missing cable" which must have cost them less than a couple of quid.

I had to get Back Market involved to obtain a full refund - the problem was resolved within a few hours and at the weekend. Full marks to Ezechiel at Back Market, zero to ClickandGet - wouldn't use them again and would advise others to avoid them like the plague. Have now ordered another phone via Back Market from another refurbisher.
