Bought this iPhone 8 through Amazon ,in September started having problems in December with home and charging, requested to have it repaired was happy for that to happen , told to send in plug and charger took photos , as well for proof , phone was sent back still not fixed and missing lead and plug . Emailed twice no response. Told to send it back for repair was also threatened with having cost of postage and package and also it phone wasn’t in same condition as sold the warranty would be void had a refund to day 8 jan minus £32 for wear and tear and cable app and plug which they got , absolute joke of a company I will be taking it further specially be registered disabled as I need a phone

Poor service.

Bought a phone through Back Market with clickandget being the seller. Poor customer service from Zato and a general lack of caring that they had provide false tracking information for my parcel. which was left on my door step (£1000 phone). I live on a busy street and luckily my neighbor picked the parcel up for me.
I will not use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely appalled by this company! Sent me phone which is cracked and told me I have to pay £50 to have it repaired!
Then told me they have access to my iCloud and can see when I log into my phone and have access to “Find my iPhone”
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Excellent service!!! I bought a renewed iPhone yesterday and I got that delivered today morning. Phone came in a nice packaging with bubble wrap on it and the phone was in excellent condition. The cost of the phone is also very reasonable compared to other sellers.
