I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Climax Furniture. Would not recommend
I purchased a sofa for £900 in April and it broke within just **one day**. I reported the problem straight away, but despite repeatedly trying to get it resolved, I have now been waiting around **four months** for this to be sorted. I haven't had a meaningful response from them for around **three months**.
I also ordered and paid for a **puffer that I still haven't received**.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a £900 sofa to last more than one day, or to expect a company to respond when a customer reports a serious fault. I've given them plenty of opportunity to resolve this directly, but unfortunately I feel completely ignored.
I'm now having to consider taking the matter further to get the issues resolved.
I would strongly recommend making sure you are completely satisfied with the company's after-sales service before purchasing.

We have been in contact with you by email and are actively working to address the concerns raised regarding the sofa. As with all after-sales matters, any repair, replacement or other resolution is assessed in accordance with our terms and the circumstances of the reported issue. A full replacement is therefore not automatically applicable in every situation, but we are committed to finding an appropriate resolution.
Regarding the puffer, we also understand your concern. This was not part of the original sofa package, but it was discussed as an additional item that we intended to provide when our delivery route allowed. We are continuing to look into this for you.
We would like to reassure anyone reading this that we do not ignore genuine customer concerns. We remain in communication with the customer and our intention is to resolve the outstanding matters fairly and professionally.
We appreciate your patience while we work through the case and will continue communicating directly by email to reach a suitable resolution.
Got wardrobe deliver today
Got wardrobe deliver today, they came into my home and started telling me they don’t get delivery fee and want me to give them a tip of £40. When I said I don’t have it they insisted on saying you’ll have it on your mobile banking. After this I went out my front garden with my son and called my dad to come over as it felt so dodgy. One of the men opened the box and it seemed like they had a disagreement and insisted I paid the money before they assembled. I continued to say I have the money you know where I live, I’m worried you have send the wrong thing or have missing parts of even if yous run away with my money and don’t assemble. They were not happy again but eventually built it instituting I showed them all my money. After they were done they asked my dad for tip and he said the same he can’t as he doesn’t have much money and he left hid walled at home. They continued to say well we can drive to your house. I felt so unsafe I asked my dad please do something to get them to leave as I have young children at home. They ended up leaving once my dad pulled out £5 out his pocket. My husband’s going away bag was in the bathroom and I noticed it was open too, I don’t know what was in it but it was open.
DO NOT RECOMEND. So unsafe feeling.

I was happy with the service at first…
I was happy with the service at first but after fixing the wardrobe and after me leaving the review which I was told to go to the website to leave the review I did which I was happy at first. But after 2 days I had issue with the wardrobe. I contact them straight away but I didn’t get no responses. I was ignored for 1 month even now. I tried calling no response. I left message they will read but no response. I will never order from this place again. At first they will give you good customer service once they are done that’s it.

I had great communication from start to finish. The delivery guys where very polite and helpful they had to carry up to 3rd floor. My sofa was easy to put together very comfy just what I was expecting I would definitely order from this company again.

Happy with the wardrobe and fitting, There could have been better communication in terms of the timing of delivery and assembly of wardrobe. I had to chase up delivery but glad to say that they sorted it out.
