Two months in and already three issues…
Two months in and already three issues with the zipper on the polytunnel. Definitely don't recommend. They refused to even send a zipper pull.
Edit to respond to your reply: still horrendous customer service. 2 months is a very short time for such a sizeable purchase. And because you haven't received other complaints does not excuse you from taking care of each customer. Been in customer service for decades, wouldn't have dreamed of sending away a customer with such little support after such a short time. Also I reported a cumulation of THREE problems, two that occurred almost as soon as I assembled it (I wasn't able to put it up right away as it was still cold). Coming online to make your customers look dumb to other customers is fairly poor practice. I really genuinely hope you find a way to improve your service though I won't be around to see it.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After reviewing the matter, we noted that the issue was reported around two months after delivery. If the zipper had arrived damaged upon receipt, we would have expected this to be reported much earlier so we could investigate and assist promptly.
We have sold many of these polytunnels and have not received previous complaints of this nature. While we were unable to offer a full refund or replacement outside of our 30-day policy, we still appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving our service.

Economical Product
My Parcel was sent to the wrong address because of my mistake. They did very well and sending it back to me. One thing to mention here that is is a light weight product which is easy to fix however I can't recommend it for heavy loads etc. For home use, this is fine and the quality is also good as per the price being charged . I will recommend the supplier to add a leaf let to guide the buyer on its assembling as I my case it was missing

The product of rack was poor quality
The product of rack was poor quality, the same racks are cheaper on Amazon. The process of selling the products via Facebook link is awkward. I asked for a refund and the representative from Facebook was passive aggressive towards me debating why I ask for a refund and not to write bad reviews. The return of the parcel I had to pay. A whole bad customer experience.

The plants came quickly and packaged well. I gave 5 stars but is there is no guidance on how to look after the plants. One came with out a label and because I'm a novice I had no.clue what it was and worked it out from order. However, cant fault them for quality. They did respond via messenger on how to look after the plants .
