Pod koniec stycznia miałam operację bariatryczną Sleev. Jestem mega zadowolona. Przyleciałam do Turcji z moją przyjaciółka. Na lotnisku czekał na nas Pan z prywatnym transportem. Po przyjeździe do kliniki odbyło się spotkanie z doktorem, które było również z Olą naszą tłumaczką języka polskiego gdyby ktoś nie za bardzo rozmawiał po angielsku. Pan doktor mówi, też troszkę po niemiecku. Po zapoznaniu się z Panem Doktorem oraz ustaleniu planu działania Olka zawiozła nas do hotelu w pobliżu. Widok zrekompensował wszystko ;) mi się udało mieć jeszcze wolne do niedzieli wieczora więc mogłam jeszcze trochę uraczyć się Turcją oraz odstresować nad brzegiem morza. Niedziela wieczór zabrano nas do prywatnego szpitala. Tam zapoznałam kolejne babeczki poddające się operacji :) Polin i Renia -pozdrawiam Was serdecznie. Odbyły się pierwsze badania, ekg, kroplówki .. od rana w poniedziałek miałyśmy badania:dietetyk,internista, rentgen płuc, kardiolog, psychiatra jak i anastezjolog oraz badanie w narkozie gastroskopię. Pod wieczór odbyła się moja operacja - rozpoczęłam nowe życie. Do samego końca towarzyszyła mi Ola i moja psiapsi. Obudziłam się w sali I pamiętam tylko moją psiapsi jak mówiła do mnie, że mam oddychać. Nie czułam żadnego bólu bo personel medyczny zadbał o środki przeciwbólowe w kroplówce. Po jakieś 1.5h wstałam już do toalety i zaczęły się spacery po korytarzu. Przez całą procedurę pooperacyjną nie czułam żadnego bólu. U mnie wystąpiło większe krwawienie niż powinno wewnętrzne i Pan doktor zostawił mnie 2dni dłużej w szpitalu. Przychodził rano w południe, wieczór i nawet w nocy żeby zobaczyć jak wygląda krwawienie a personel medyczny ciągle mnie badał i kontrolował sytuację. Na szczęście wszystko dobrze się skończyło i nie trzeba było zaglądać do brzucha ponownie. To była moja pierwsza operacja jak i pobyt w szpitalu w życiu. Cieszę się, że wybrałam Turcję i tą kliniką bo po spojrzeniu w oczy Doktorowi zaufałam mu i wiedziałam, że jestem w najlepszych rękach. Pan doktor jest bardzo życzliwą osobą, pełną empatii i ciepła. Pamiętaj, że decyzja o operacji musi być indywidualna ale ja mogę z całego serca polecić oddać się w ręce tej kliniki. Na koniec dostałam suplementy, leki, zalecenia od doktora jak i dietetyczki co dalej. Jestem aktualnie przed pierwszym badaniem krwi, które będzie kontrolował doktor :) z całego serca dziękuję Panu Doktorowi za danie mi nowego życia. Na pewno jak będę w Antalyi to Was odwiedzę :) pozdrawiam i przesyłam gorące uściski dla Was jak i personelu medycznego. Buziaki. Mirela

If I could give 10 stars I would. Three surgeries I have had and all the team are so caring and amazing at what they do. Like a true work family. I felt safe and very well looked after even after returning home.

Had sleeve surgery with Dr Yilmaz and cannot fault the service. We have had private surgery before in the UK and doesn’t even compare to the standard this surgeon and his team offer. Jolanda is fantastic. Dr Yilmaz goes out his way to make you feel comfortable, visiting multiple times a day, he clearly works very hard and is very good at what he does.

Excellent experience both in the hospital and later in the hotel. Dr Namik is very attentive and super caring, he checked on me everyday. I went with my husband who was well looked after too. Had lots of checks prior to operation, very thorough. I would highly recommend this clinic for sleeve surgery

Everybody is so helpful and nice it’s unreal hospital is clean the nurses are so attentive and throughout I was checked on constantly dr namik is probably one of the nicest people Ave ever met proper lovely guy there’s nothing bad I can say I have lifetime guidance from them too I would 💯 recommend this surgeon and clinic the co ordinators are so helpful too

Everything explained so well. I felt I got a full health check and I was confirmed fit for surgery before I was asked for any money. If your not fit you go home, no charge. It’s about you and your health first. I have not had any pain, everything went smooth. I feel great. After at the hotel you can convalesce in the most beautiful location, so good for mind and body. I give this clinic 5 starts and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family

I had a sleeve gastrectomy in January 2024. Wow. What an experience. I am absolutely blown away by the service received by Dr Namik and the staff at Clinic Antalya.
I was in touch with Jolanda from the very start who has been absolutely incredible at all times. She is so attentive, caring, professional and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, answered all my questions and there were many understandably due to the nature of the service. She is an absolute diamond and I feel she is now more of a friend than a coordinator. Thank you Jolanda for being you and the incredible service you provided to me and my wife.

We were collected from the airport with a clear sign with my name, the driver is very professional and took our luggage immediately. We had a very large clean vehicle and were given cold bottles of water right away.

I was taken right to the hospital immediately where I met Jolanda where she took me to my room.

The hospital was absolutely spotless. I’ve never seen a cleaner place. The nurses there are incredible. So attentive, caring, good fun even though there was a small language barrier.

I barely put my bags in my room before the excellent service began including getting my cannula, ID bracelet, heart ecg and blood test.

I spent the next hour or so visiting all the various drs and professionals to ensure I am fit and healthy for surgery. I’ve never seen such an efficient service. I literally went from one room to the other seeing nearly every department within the hour. Absolutely no waiting. They are very thorough.

Anyway, my operation was 100% fantastic. Dr Namik is brilliant and very funny. He made me feel at complete ease and everything was explained perfectly.

My after care at the hospital was faultless. I must have seen Dr Namik at least 3 times a day to personally check on me including a night visit.

Once discharged I went to the hotel and immediately went out seeing the local sights. I felt incredible on day 2 so by the time I was at the hotel I was rearing to go out.

I was in no pain by the time I left hospital and feel incredible now.

I was officially discharged at the clinic office and had EVERYTHING explained to me in detail along with a printout explaining it all.

Clinic Antalya are the best. They have saved my life, given me a new life. I am so grateful for their attention to detail, attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism.

Dr Namik, Jolanda, Mustafa, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to see you again one day.

Well what can I say about Clinic Antalya apart from Amazing, I never expected to say that weight loss Surgery would actually be a good experience but it has from start to finish and I have everyone at Clinic Antalya to thank for that, they have an amazing team who attend to your every need and nothing is too much for them, the set up is amazing, the co-ordinators are amazing, the Clinic and hospital is amazing and Dr Namik obviously Amazing too, so if anyone out there is looking into having Weight loss surgery then I would without question recommend Clinic Antalya 100% to anyone and everyone.
I opted for the Gastric Sleeve and I had my surgery on Tuesday 16th January, so 5 days ago and I am feeling great, no pain and no discomfort, i am now home carrying on with my journey, but not going to lie I miss them at Clinic Antalya they started to feel like family because you get that close to them and you really do get that personal touch.

I want to say a massive thank you to Aleksandra who was my co-ordinator and wow what a woman, she was there through every step of the process, from being picked up from the airport, seeing Dr Namik at the clinic, every day at the hospital, being discharged taking you to the hotel, they really do attend to your every need, they are with you every step of the way, seeing you on surgery day, seeing when you come back from surgery, honestly they are amazing at what they do, they work so hard and such long hours they never clock off.
I also during my time had the pleasure to meet Nursat who is Aleksandra's husband who also works as a co-ordinator at the Clinic, he too was lovely and when Aleksandra couldn't be there he was, also attending to your every need and explaining everything in detail, they both are a truly amazing team, and I owe everything to you guys and honestly you became family to me ❤️❤️, you both are a great asset to the whole experience, i love you guys 🌷🌷.

And wow what can I say about Dr Namik Yilmaz, he is one amazing guy, I'm not going to lie I think I fell a little in love 💙 with Dr Namik because everything about him is so amazing, he is such a lovely guy (and not bad on the eye either 😀😀) he just puts you so at ease from the start, he explains everything in detail and he makes you feel like you are the only one at that time, he really does deliver the personal touch. He has a great bedside manner, very charming, funny, obviously an excellent surgeon, fantastic at what he does but mostly just a really nice genuine kind hearted guy, who also attends to your every need and is there every step of the way.
I would have expected to see Dr Namik probably a couple of times during my stay at the most but oh no, every single day, and sometimes a few times a day. Surgery day he was there at the start, obviously the surgery itself and I did find myself looking for him when I was taken down to theatre and the minute I heard his voice, I just relaxed and cannot remember anything after that. He was there at the bedside when I was brought around from the anesthetic and he was there again a few hours later when they get you up walking. Honestly I have nothing bad to say, about any part of the experience or anyone who is involved including all the nurses at the hospital, nothing is too much.
So thank you Clinic Antalya, especially Aleksandra, Nursat and Dr Namik for making a nervous and overwhelming decision a truly blessed experience and thank you for welcoming me into the Clinic Antalya family. I will try my very best to now make you all proud and put in the work and follow all your instructions to hopefully now start my journey and get the results.

My experience from the start to now has been fantastic!!

I arrived in Antalya on 02/01/23 with my husband very nervous and apprehensive as I’d never had any form of surgery before.

I was met at the airport by my transfer and was then greeted at the hospital by a friendly face!! From then on the service that was provided was so thorough from the administration to the tests to ensure I was fit for surgery put me at ease!!

Aleksandra and the team were amazing and there to answer every question and accommodate my every need!

I am so very pleased I chose Dr Namik & his joysticks!! He is such a warm, friendly man and explained every detail of the surgery he would perform. The surgery itself all went to plan and there wasn’t much pain at all, I was kept in hospital ran extra night due to my drain having not stopped and Dr Namik came to see me 4 times that day and performed all checks to ensure when I was discharged I was fit and well. My incisions are so very neat and tidy.

The nurses were also amazing and at my bedside checking me all the time and administering all my meds. Nothing was too much for them. The hospital is immaculate.

I returned home fit and well and 11 days post surgery, I am 1st 5lb down. I am hitting my protein and water and feel great. Even when home Aleksandra and Dr Namik have answered all my messages.

Such a well organised, thorough service I would highly recommend 😊

Najlepsza klinika jestem bardzo wdzięczna za opiekę, bo była mega napewno tam jeszcze pojadę......

I had my vsg surgery with Dr Namik on December 13th 2023 and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m glad I went with clinic Antalya over my other options. It’s the best decision I’ve made all year and started 2024 off with a bang. Due to this experience, I’m excited for all the wonderful things life has to offer. I know that everything is within my reach and the possibilities are endless.

Regarding my experience at the clinic from the time I was in the UK to landing in Antalya Turkey my coordinator Aleksandra and Dr Namik himself were there to answer all my questions and reassure my family which was very helpful and much appreciated.

Pros:
The things I loved most were:

- During my consultation, I was able to speak to the doctor performing my surgery directly (Dr Namik) unlike the other clinics I looked into where that was never an option as I only had access to the coordinator. In our consultation call Dr Namik explained the entire procedure and answered all my questions.

- I also love how hands on and ready to help they are. My mum was apprehensive about me having the procedure and despite the time zone difference and how busy Dr Namik was he made the time to jump on another call with my mum explaining the full procedure and reassuring her that I’d be okay.

- Even after the surgery, when I have any questions or run into any issues the team at clinic Antalya go above and beyond to help in a timely manner. There’ll never be a point where you have issues and you’ll be left unanswered. You can tell that the entire team truly cares about your wellbeing and want you to truly succeed on this journey.

- I also love that I have access to the nutritionist for 2 years after the procedure.

- I thought I’d have to do a liquid diet pre surgery but I’m glad that was not the case for me. However, I did practice mindful eating of my own accord.

- Finally, I love that the hospital rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful view and the nurses are always ready to help you should you need anything.

Cons:

- The only con I had was that there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the nurses. However, that wasn’t a big problem for me as my coordinator and other members of the team were there to translate everything for me which I’m grateful for.

- I also wish I was able to explore the city more as it’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely return to enjoy more of the city. If you’re coming, I’d recommend coming a few days early before your surgery date and explore the city and the food before you have your surgery.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this clinic with Dr Namik, Aleksandra, Nusret and the rest of the team. The care you receive is 10/10 and a thousand times better than any UK hospital I’ve been to. I would 1000% recommend it to anyone that is thinking of having bariatric surgery.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Coordinates can’t do enough for you. Nothing is a problem to them. Dr Namik is fantastic had gastric ballon insertion. I would recommend Dr Namik to anyone flawless from start to finish.

Phenomenal experience, made the process super easy and would definitely trust them for any other procedures I wish to do in the future.

They also keep in touch so they really do care about their patients

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish first with jolanda who was brilliant for me before I come anytime I messaged over what’s app she was straight back to me as soon as I got here she couldn’t help me enough I’ve had teeth done in turkey and this time I got the gastric sleeve experience was amazing. Now dr namik I honestly wish I could take him to the uk to be my doctor he was brilliant again from start to finish only downside is he’s a Liverpool fan haha only joking but no he was brilliant I feel like I no dr namik more than I no my own gp and I’ve been with my doctors since I was born 36 years ago there’s a lot more positives I could add to this but honestly I’ll say it again best experience I could of hoped for from start to finish

Clinic antalya was an amazing experience, I had a gastric sleeve and was given all the information from Jolanda who was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable and content and the medical care was the best I have ever recieved. Would recommend to absolutely anyone!

Thank you so very much for looking after me so well when I was with you for a gastric sleeve back at the end of October. Nusrat thank you for all your support as well. Although I have only lost 2.5 stone since my sleeve surgery I have dropped 3 dress sizes and am feeling much better now I am lighter and thinner! I have so much more energy and am keeping up with the daily walking!

I was sleeved in may 2023 at clinic Antalya by Dr Namik, I can’t fault my surgery or clinic Antalya at all I’ve recommended them to lots of people, my aunt and uncle are booked to go following on from seeing my results, I’m now 7 months post surgery ,I’ve lost 7 stone and 7lbs (46kg) and feel like I have a new lease of life and a new found confidence, highly recommend thank you again Dr Namik,Jolanda and all the team your all angels on earth ❤️❤️

Alexandra and her husband are fantastic co ordinators. The surgeon Arif was superb, energetic and talented. Would definitely go back for more treatment.

Dr Namik and his team are very well organised, nothing is to much trouble , they really make sure you are well cared for from seat to finish , Alexandra was there if you needed her or you were worried about anything ,I had the allure balloon fitted 1 month ago and I have lost 18llb
