I had a gastric sleeve in October with Dr Namik and have no regrets! He and all his team are amazing! Nusret was my coordinator and answered all my questions before leaving (there was alot) and made sure I was well looked after while I was there. He even took me sight seeing on the last day! I would reccomend clinic antalya to anyone thinking of weightlss surgery.

I have been researching gastric sleeve for over 3 year. At the end I have decided to go with Dr Namik. I was not disappointed. The whole experience was excellent. My coordination Aleksandra was very professional and answered all my questions. The hospital staff were fantastic. My lovely nurse Nazlie was so sweet. I would highly recommend Dr Namik to anyone who wishes to have gastric sleeve.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Namik along with 2 of my friends. The whole experience was amazing! I have gone from a size 20/22 to a size 8/10. Dr Namik is a very professional and friendly surgeon who puts you at ease throughout. His team are all wonderful & knowledgeable, especially Jolanda who was our Coordinator who went above and beyond for us ! The after care has also been really good. Infact the whole experience was wonderful… so wonderful that 3 of my friends have had the same surgery with Dr Namik since on my recommendation. 10/10!!!

From the moment I reached out to Jolanda the process has been flawless, everything is taken care of for when you arrive, the hospital was spotless, the nursing staff fabulous, I was never left in pain, they were very attentive, I travelled with my husband and he was fed 3 meals a day, which was amazing. The tests you undergo are very thorough and I had some surprising revelations with some of mine, which I'm now dealing with in the UK. My surgery went fine and I was up and about same day, a little uncomfortable, but nothing I couldn't cope with. Dr Namik is a wonderful surgeon and human being, loved his sense of humour, everything was explained in detail before surgery and after, Jolanda and Dr Namik visited regularly during the hospital stay, once transferred to the hotel we got to see a little of the beautiful Antalya coastline and enjoy a little downtime. We were then driven to the clinic for a session with Dr Namik who discussed post op care and what the expectations were, I then seen the dietician to discuss the diet sheet and she answered all of my questions. I then received a bag with protein shakes, meds, blood thinners, and multi vitamins as well as my test reports and discharge paperwork, everything you need for the next few months were supplied. I know Turkey gets some bad press in the UK and its frowned upon in general for surgery, however my observations and experience has been first class care, the standards blew me away and sorry to say it makes the UK look like third world, they could learn something from the Turkish health system. I've had major surgeries in UK via private health and it even beats that hands down, if you are thinking of surgery, then speak to Clinic Antalya, first class service, Dr Namik has given me my confidence back and my mental health has improved massively, I can't thank him and his team enough for taking such good care of me, I Loved Turkey and it's beautiful people, I will be back. Just returned from Turkey after having a gastric sleeve and I am so happy I chose Dr Namik at Clinic Antalya.
Dr Namik is a great surgeon, he puts you at ease and is very personable. He genuinely cares about his patients.
My coordinator, Aleksandra, was an absolute star from start to finish, so friendly and warm, again, genuinely sets out to help and support you throughout your stay in Turkey.
The hospital staff were hugely efficient and the medical facilities were excellent and of high standard.

Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen! Keine Schmerzen und vor allem das ganze Krankenhaus Personal total nett. Das Personal spricht verschiedene Sprachen und ist jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Ich wurde überall hin begleitet. Nusret hat mich überall hin begleitet, er war jederzeit erreichbar egal welches Problem ich hatte. Nach der Operation als ich gehen durfte hat er mit seiner Frau Aleksandra mir die Stadt gezeigt und ist einkaufen gegangen. Der Arzt Namik Yilmaz hat auf alle Fragen die ich ihm gestellt habe immer geantwortet und mir weiter geholfen. Wenn ich mich nochmal entscheiden müsste wo ich mich operieren lasse wäre es definitiv Clinic Antalya mit den ganzen netten Personal. Sie waren zu mir wie eine Familie als wäre ich deren Schwester oder sogar Tochter. Ich werde Sie sogar nächstes Jahr besuchen nochmals. I had a gastric sleeve on 29th march 2023 done by Dr Namik. This has been the best decision I have ever made. I was recommended clinic Antalya by my friend and seeing how great she looked made me want to change my life. I contacted Nusret who gave me all the information I needed and was there to answer any questions I had. The hospital was immaculate and although the staff didn't speak much English Google translate was such a help for both myself and the nurses. I could not fault my experience from start to finish. Dr Namik visited me at least 2x a day to check on me. On our last day Nusret took me and my sister (companion) on a little tour to do some sight seeing. Still now he is on hand to check up my progress. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of having a gastric sleeve to choose Dr Namik.

What a fabulous clinic! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most amazing lady Jolanda and it just kept getting better. Full mot given on arrival to check you were fit for surgery and the staff we extremely professional and friendly. The hospital was spotless and nursing staff were fabulous. Dr Namik was a true gent in everyway making you feel relaxed and was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humour plus the best laugh 😂. Surgery was easier than I thought and after several hours of discomfort the nurses got us up to walk and it was a game changer we felt great! I'm back home and it's like I never had a operation just feel amazing. Yolanda is worth her name in gold she honestly was amazing thought out the whole stay ❤️ As for Dr Namik he's at the top were surgeons are concerned passionate caring and very professional with a great humour. I chose this clinic based on reviews and I can honestly say this is a top clinic with the best staff around. Thank you Clinic Antalya ❤️

Am 09.11.23 habe ich mir in der Clinic Antalya von Dr. Namik einen Magenballon einsetzten lassen.
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ( am ersten Tag Bauchschmerzen) geht es mir heute sehr gut mit meinem Magenballon. Innerhalb dieser ersten Woche habe ich schon drei Kilo verloren und freue mich auch die nächsten Kilos, die noch folgen.
Die Betreuung Dr. Namik und von seinem gesamten Team war einfach toll.
Dr. Namik ist ein sehr herzlicher Arzt, er macht eine ausführliche Aufklärung, tolle Arbeit in der Klinik und natürlich auch die Nachversorgung.
Sein ganzes Team ist immer an meiner Seite gewesen, besonders die Assistentin Jolanda, die mich in der gesamten Zeit ( bis heute) liebevoll begleitet und natürlich nicht zu vergessen unser Patientenkoordinator Nusred der uns immer gefahren hat und uns auch ständig, herzlich zur Seite stand.
Ich möchte mich gerne bei jedem von Euch bedanken! Und kann es wirklich nur jedem empfehlen, der darüber nachdenkt einen Eingriff in der Türkei durchführen zu lassen. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl und umsorgt.

I have recently had a gastric sleeve with Dr Namik. What a wonderful man ! So professional helpful and caring and very easy to talk to. From start to finish I dealt with jolanda who is amazing in everything that she does. Nothing has been an issue still in close contact upon return home. Jolanda helped me with everything from start to finish and is constantly checking up on me. Clinic Antalya is highly recommended the whole experience has been fantastic and I am over the moon with my results so far. I am 7 days post op and have already lost 1.5 stone, in regards to the surgery itself day one you feel a little sore however I was then walking 2 miles in sunny Antalya by day 3. This is life changing and I am very excited to see the full results. I will definitely be returning to the clinic for further works next year. 100% thank you to Dr Namik & Jolanda ❤️

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 31st October with Dr Namik. I cannot fault the care and the service one bit. Everyone from Clinic Antalya and Medstar hospital were so lovely and made me feel at ease. The nursing staff speak enough English and use Google translate so no issues there. The pre op test were done quickly and efficiently with no waiting around. Once in theatre I felt more at ease than I thought I would, I never felt uncomfortable one bit. I had heard horror stories so was a bit apprehensive, but I was treated with care and respect from all the staff. All the team at Clinic Antalya were so friendly and I cannot recommend them enough. A special thanks to Jolanda for everything, for introducing me to other patients in at the same time, for translating and for taking some pics of my journey for me to look back on. 100% recommend!!

I cannot find the right words to express how impressed I am with Clinic Antalya, this review won’t do enough justice to the incredible service I have received from start to finish. Jolanda was my first point of contact and she could not have been more helpful. She’s an absolute asset to Clinic Antalya - so supportive, has your back, will speak Turkish to get what you need done, done! and will be there for you every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough for being my reassurance during what is a scary and uncertain time. Dr Namik was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond, visiting at least twice a day, making sure I was happy and making me laugh. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I really felt like I was in the best hands, everything was explained so thoroughly and any questions answered honestly. The hospital staff were great, the hospital was spotless. Every single thing is thought of, right up until the moment you leave. I’ve never known such organised, hard working, kind and compassionate professionals. Everything is done to the highest possible standard. Nusret went out of his way to show us a beautiful waterfall on the way home. I know I will have aftercare for life. I want to shout it from the rooftops, Clinic Antalya are THE best in the world, I have no doubt about it. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for changing my life for the better. The interpreters were top notch as was the surgeon and all hospital staff. They were very thorough in their tests and I personally had a great experience.

Making this life changing decision was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. The decision to travel abroad on my own made this experience even more terrifying but with my mind set for the end goal I headed of to Clinic Antalia under the careful eye of Dr Namik Yilmaz and his team for a gastric sleeve. On arriving at the airport I was met by the taxi driver- unfortunately he spoke no English but smiled and took me straight to the hospital where I was immediately met by the friendly and enthusiastic Jolanda after a brief introduction I was shown straight to my hospital room which was clean and comfortable, no time for worrying as I was straight on to having bloods, ECG and down to meet the lovely dietician, later that evening Dr Yilmaz came to introduce himself- a lovely kind man.
The following morning Jolanda came to my room and accompanied me to see the cardiologist for an ECHO, Radiology for chest X-Rays, Ultra sound for and Abdomminal Ultra sound, internal medicine to review my bloods from the previous day, Anesthetic doctor who I asked to please keep me alive!! I then saw the Psychiatrist to discuss my reasonings and finally off to Dr Yilmaz to discuss the surgery and all that came with it- reassurance definitely calmed the nerves.
Later in the afternoon I was given my gown, stockings and designer hair net and was taken to the operating room- my only criticism at this point was nobody spoke any English in the department and I hadn't got a clue what was happening, everyone was very kind and I remember looking to see what everyone was doing whilst I was being hooked up to monitors and arranged on the bed, there was honestly no time to worry as the next thing I remember was waking up with the nursing team doing observations, delivering pain medication and making me comfortable. What everyone says about Gas pain is true and yes I was one of the vomiters which did pass eventually.
The next couple of days was all about walking, breathing with the little gadget, blood tests, regular pain relief and fluids. The 2nd leak test blue water was vile but served it's purpose, the eventual arrival of apple juice tasted like liquid gold and was gratefully received. On discharge day Dr Yilmaz came to remove my drain which was accompanied with him playing Andre Bocelli on his mobile phone a very surreal experience! I then showered had my dressings changed, I was then picked up and taken to the clinic of Dr Yilmaz where we talked about medication, nutrition and rules around having a gastric sleeve, I also saw the lovely dietitian who went over all of the does and don't's. I was then taken to the hotel where I spent the next 2 days relaxing and recovering. A quick trip back to the clinic the day before I flew home for some final words of encouragement and an evening of watching the liveliness of the beach front ended this dream like scenario.
I was picked up the following morning to be taken to the airport by the same driver who picked me up - I tipped him this time so got a bigger smile!
My whole experience of this journey was well planned and delivered by Dr Yilmaz, Jolanda, nurses and everyone I met. They were all kind, friendly, reassuring and passionate about what they do and I will be forever grateful for them to helping me have a bright, healthy future.

Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Mein Fall war die Margenverkleinerung. Dr. Namik hat mir alles gründlich erklärt. Die Assistentin namens Aleksandra war andauernd bei den Untersuchungen anwesend und hat mich in Laufe der Zeit unterstützt. Die Arbeiter im Krankenhaus sind alle freundlich und erledigen ihre Arbeit ausführlich. Ich bin glücklich, dass ich diese Erfahrungen in dieser Klinik erleben durfte, ohne freue mich auf das Ergebnis!

From start to finish it has been one hell of an experience and journey. I've never been so terrified in my life but within 5 minutes of arriving at hospital and meeting the lovely Jolanda, I knew I was in safe hands! The whole team are amazing, from the nurses at the hospital, all the doctors in all their departments you are seen beforehand by, the lovely nursat (sorry if I've spelt his name wrong) Jolanda and not forgetting Dr Namik himself who is an absolute delight and so funny! He really put my mind at ease and made me feel so relaxed. I honestly can't go through everything that happened as they were so attentive and thorough with everything I could write a story but to cut a long story short I could not recommend this clinic and its staff any higher. In less than a week I've lost over a stone already, I'm in minimal pain/discomfort, everyday gets easier, I feel like a brand new person and it's all thanks to these guys! Thank you so much and no doubt you'll be seeing me again in the not so distant future for a couple of extra procedures 😉 THANK YOU CLINIC ANTALYA! I LOVE YOU!! 💖💖

Dr Namik is the hardest working surgeon ive known., He visited me at least twice a day and sometimes 3 times. He is an expert in his field, as when faced with a challenging surgery on myself, the results are amazing. All the nurses are amazing and Yolanda our interpreter was so helpful and friendly, I felt no anxiety at being so far from home.

This facility is run incredibly, from the cleaners to nurses to surgeon and intrepeters this experience was incredible, before I left for the gastric bypass I was hit with so much negativity about surgery abroad, please do not listen, I have not 1 negative thing to say, surgery was easy, hospital was comfy food for companion was very good and apparently from a fussy person tasted amazing.
Then the transfer to hotel was effortless and this was also easy and comfortable, hotel staff were great as in hospital nothing was a problem.
Whilst there I was lucky enough to witness when surgery didn't go to plan because I also got to see that they didn't leave the patient to suffer she was immediately taken back to surgery for a different op to correct issues that had arose, dispelling all the rubbish that they leave you to suffer and send you home.
There was absolutely no way my surgeon would ever do that !!
Only 100 per cent positive from my experience, protien was provided as was 6 months of meds and vitamins at other locations charge for !! When I explained how good the meds were for my own person condition I was given extra at no extra cost, it was no problem.
Also told that if I have a skin problem at the end then he would remove for much reduced price as original surgery was done. 5 days later I have lost 5kg /11pound.
