J'y étais et je recommande vivement. Le petit couac ce sont les frais "surprises" qu'ils pourraient vous ajouter s'ils découvrent d'autres problemes sur places (Surtout qu'ils se fient aux photos que vous leur envoyez). Sinon le service est excellent, les gens professionnels. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour et je recommande vivement. Je suis du canada.

I had been investigating dental clinics in Turkey since May of 2025. I received a very acceptable quote from Prof Clinic in Istanbul as well as a video call from one of their staff that was concise and detailed and I was speaking regularly to a coordinator up until December. He always answered my calls no matter what time of day it was. And he was very attentive. Shortly after the new year I stopped receiving any correspondence from the coordinator and suddenly a supposed manger had taken over . He has been very vague and avoids answering direct questions and is finally speaking of the coordinator in the past tense which indicates to me he is no longer working for this company. I had sent a small deposit prior to my planned departure from Canada and received a receipt, a detailed synopsis for treatment and time line, a finalized price in Euros although all correspondence and pricing had previously been in dollars, but a week before my flight I broke my foot. Along with some other travel hitches I was unable to go in October. It is now the end of February and the Manager is playing friendly but stupid. All of my questions I have asked have gone unanswered especially where my coordinator is. The manager is now referring to him in the past tense. He probably isn't working there now but I've been told he is off, then not in the country and he doesn't have his work phone. I have made requests for my deposit to be returned to me but those requests have been ignored. I have lost all confidence in this clinic which is operated under two different names Natural clinic and Prof clinic and have an overall review rating of 4.2 which is insufficient. The same staff are reported to be principals at both clinics in the same building and many of the staff have few years experience in dental practice and some have only joined the company in 2025. Neither of these clinics are registered with the department of Health and that alone is a HUGE RED FLAG!!
I will suck it up and probably lose my deposit but I have zero intention of dealing with this company at all in future. The risk of incompetence and very poor service is too high given the previous complaints on line about these clinics. and why would they be operating under two different names, same staff and the name Natural Clinic has been removed from the front of the building.? Very fly-by-nightish operation I suspect.

Es wird extrem OFT obwohl ich gesagt habe ich möchte keine Anrufe mehr ich habe keine Interesse wurde mehrmals wirklich mit mehreren Nummer wurde ich kontaktiert ich habe mittlerweile 5 verschiedene Nummern blockiert und werde immer noch permanent angerufen !!!!! Ich werde demnächst diese Firma anzeigen da sie sehr belästigend sind !!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

On June 13, 2024, I had dental implants placed at your clinic. For the past several months, the implant crown has become loose. Temporary solutions using cement are no longer effective.

The crown needs to be screwed back into place, as the implant area is currently exposed, causing discomfort and leaving my jaw repeatedly open. This situation is painful and medically unacceptable.

I have made multiple attempts to obtain an appointment, unfortunately without any concrete solution or assistance so far. I find this extremely disappointing and distressing.

I am therefore requesting an urgent appointment for a permanent repair. I also wish to make it clear that I will not cover any hotel or additional expenses, as this issue falls under the warranty and responsibility of the treating practitioner.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to contact the clinic owner directly and consider further steps. This is not the level of care one would expect from a medical professional.

I feel compelled to share my opinion and experience, both with future patients and with the organizers, coordinators, and doctors.

Earlier this month, I traveled to Istanbul for a dental treatment (Zircronium crowns) at Prof Clinic. I am personally very critical when it comes to quality and service. After extensive research, I came to the conclusion that Prof Clinic uses materials of the highest quality.

Throughout my treatment, I was accompanied by Rania, one of the clinic’s coordinators. She speaks several languages and is extremely kind, calm, and helpful. Rania guided me flawlessly during the entire process and was always available to explain everything clearly.

For the crowns, the doctors work with the Straumann brand, which is rarely offered elsewhere. Prof Clinic is therefore one of the very few clinics that provides a maximum warranty of 25 years on Straumann crowns.

Before my trip, the planning team sent me all the necessary information and travel details. Upon arrival at the airport, I was immediately welcomed by the clinic’s driver, which made the start of my journey very smooth and reassuring.

At Prof Clinic, every patient is treated as unique, and each treatment is fully tailored to the patient’s wishes. Because I am very critical and knew exactly what I wanted, I was initially afraid that I would be perceived as a difficult patient and that things might not go as planned.

To my great surprise, the doctor showed exceptional patience. She listened carefully to all my wishes regarding the crowns and took the time to discuss every detail thoroughly. At the hotel, I even had the intention of writing everything down all my wishes and details that needed to be considered because I was afraid something might be overlooked.

Due to my perfectionism, I doubted whether everything would be followed correctly and whether my expectations might be too high.

The following day, I went to the clinic with a lot of stress for the fitting and placement of the crowns. The doctor fitted and placed all the crowns so the final result was fully visible. When I looked in the mirror, I saw a truly stunning result. All the stress disappeared instantly and was replaced by pure joy. I honestly tried to find remarks or imperfections, but I found none.

To those who claim that precision work or 99% perfection does not exist, I confidently recommend Prof Clinic so they can experience it themselves.

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank Prof Clinic, the doctor, coordinator Rania, and the entire team for their professionalism, patience, and exceptional care.

Ny coordinator Koya was amazing stood with me the entire time at the clinic and answered any concerns I had

My husband received dental services from Prof Clinic and the procedure was so quick and straight to the point. He was in and out in an hour. We appreciate the surgeon, and we look forward to better oral health do him.

Our experience with the clinic was amazing with the first and second visit the whole staff member are outstanding from Coordinator Rania, Sam and Dr Layla Dr ginger. One of the best organized and professional people l ever meet.

Had an excellent experience from arrival to departure. My medical consultant Rania was second to noone . She stood with me during difficult times, she guided and comforted me throughout the process. It would be incomplete if I leave out my Doctor Oruqun who was patient and made sure my smile was tho the point. I doubt everything because my teeth were very bad,until the team produced the desired smile. I couldn't wait for this day . I LOVE MYSELF FEEL CONFIDENT AND LOVE MY SMILE. I went there for dental implants and crowns ,I have so many problems that i have to remove everything they have done . I have waisted my money and time . Terrible job and service and terrible experience

Malgré quelques petites périodes de flottement la clinic est restée très professionnelle courtoise et à l’écoute pour répondre à un maximum de questions même après mon intervention et c’est un vrai privilège de se sentir toujours suivi.

Amazing person! Was hardly to start writing this review. On rare occasions, I have had the opportunity to meet a person with so many good qualities and skills. This person who I'm referring to is Linda, my medical consultant from Prof Dental Clinic .Great character! Can not wait to get back to finish what I started and to meet you again.
