From My experience the initial contact with Sara to…
From the initial contact with Sara to my departure after my first treatment I could not fault IncDis. Sara explained everything to me and the cost and treatment. The hotel was nice. Upon my appointment I was met by Flora who looked after me and explained what was going to happen. The dentist was very informative and discussed the best treatment plan for me. I had 10 implants- bone grafts- sinus lift and extractions. There was no pain and the dentist and nurse were very supportive. Everything that was promised was delivered. I cannot wait to get back there in August and complete my treatment. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you and I’ll see you all on the 23 rd August 🙏🏽❤️

Inci Dis experience Turkey
I was here two weeks ago to finish my 2nd and final treatment. As I experienced during my first visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful and with all the latest updated technology in house available to me I was feeling very calm and relaxed.
My coordinator was Flora and OMW, what a lovely friendly lady that was so helpful, understanding and was with me every step of the way. She really helped me a lot to relax and understanding the week's programme.
My doctor was Dr Muazzez Yorluk, very professional and health orientated. She has been the best dentist I've ever been to my entire life(57) and I'm forever thankful to her giving me back my life. The final result was spectacular, my mouth never felt so secure and good before and even now after two weeks it even feels better.
Lastly a huge thank you to the amazing Sara that arranged everything from the start to the last visit and which are still in contact with me to make sure I'm good and happy with my results.
I definitely without any doubt recommending this clinic to you all and you are free and welcome to contact me if needed. I also referred two of my colleagues to Sara and they are also very happy and satisfied with their experiences and results.

His journey began, when he accidentally came across an advertisement/review of InciDis International, featuring a wonderful person, named: Sara
She took him under her(app) wings and guided him through the entire process, step by Step.
She answered all questions regarding the panoramic x-ray; Explaining each phase; Arranged transportation to and from the airport, hotel nd Clinic.. Everything needed to restore that radiant smile...
We were also very well received and guided by Flora(the other beautiful soul), who explained everything in great detail.
We really appreciated that..
We also had an extensive tour of the Clinic in the old part of Istanbul by Sara. It was very impressive..

They suggested 12 implants been the best and after trying to negotiate the price they took 4 implants out. So they care more about the money than the customers health.

Our treatment plans are always prepared by our doctors based on medical evaluation, X-rays, and the patient’s oral condition, with the goal of providing the safest and most long-lasting result. The initial recommendation of 12 implants was made strictly from a clinical perspective to ensure the best possible stability and function.
When you asked about the price, our team simply tried to adjust the treatment plan to a more affordable option, which is why a different alternative with fewer implants was discussed. This does not mean we prioritize money over health — it means we try to find a solution that fits both the medical needs and the patient’s budget.
Unfortunately, dental implants and surgical procedures involve significant medical materials, laboratory work, and specialist expertise, so it is not possible for us to provide such treatments for free. However, we always aim to offer fair pricing and different treatment options whenever possible.

Great custumer Service
Except for the fact that I arrived at the clinic on one of the few days that it snowed snowed in Istanbul, so clinic was extremely busy and slightly behind schedule, everything went extremely well. Upon arrival they had someone meet me immediately at the front desk, they shepherded me through the process each day, explaining each phase, answering questions and arranging transportation. The fact that this person was so nice and caring helped make the whole process less stressful. I need to return for phase two of my treatment, but knowing what I know now as to how excellent, efficient and caring they are at this facility, my next visit will be totally stress free and I am looking forward to returning.
