Great software and amazing team! I had to move off it as our bookings were complicated and we couldn't use their online bookings but we have now found a work around with cliniko and an AI phone booking service lyngo. After using nookal software for a year we realise how important support is - thank you!
thank goodness- I thought I was going mad. happy to see the crap reviews. This is the most terrible booking system. A complete nightmare from the start. adding extra stress and hassle to my new business. constantly logging me out and zero phone support. just vidoes and instructions - very vague. very crap.

I'm sorry to hear your experience with Cliniko has been frustrating so far, we can understand that's the last thing you need and it's not something we want for any of our customers.
I've looked in to your account and in this case, it sounds like maybe our wires got crossed along the way: we'd sent a couple of messages with some settings to check that usually explain the logouts, but I'm not sure they reached you properly. I'm astonished to read the negative reviews - I have used Cliniko for years. The software itself is great, does what it should do, it's intuitive.
The team are responsive - true, there's no phone support, but they respond within a couple of hours, and there's not been anything they couldn't handle, and have always been patient explaining when it's a user issue.
Really recommend them - it's a really good price for the product offering.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!! The software is confusion and this is the most important thing. THEY DO NOT OFFER TELEPHONE SUPPORT!!! You wait days for a response and they don't even answer the question.

My husband just got an email from Cliniko offering an appointment for who knows what, who knows where? This must be a scam of some sort or are GP practices paying for an absolute shambles of a service?
Unprofessional. Rude correspondence. Like most tech organisations zero ethics. Create their own regulations.

I would have given a zero rating for Cliniko if it was possible.
I received an unsolicited email from Cliniko booking website who I had never heard of, advising 'confirmation'.of an appointment that I supposedly made with a Podiatry clinic over 60 miles from where I lived. It was sent on a Friday for the 'apparent' appointment to be the following Monday.
I did not making this booking either with Cliniko booking website nor the Podiatry clinic itself. Nor do I intend to. There was a.distinct cancellation 'link' on this email which I knew if I clicked on would have consequences of some sort.
I contacted the clinic directly who have not replied to my email.
Therefore I can only come to the conclusion that this is a.scam.
I will be making a formal complaint about both of these Companies.
Would not recommend any dealings with this Company

From what you’ve written here, it sounds like your email address may have been entered in error by someone booking an appointment, which could explain why you received an unexpected confirmation. I completely understand how frustrating that would be.
