Very helpful owner
Following on from me previous review regarding the andis blade being blunt. After speaking with the owner all has been resolved. Going forward the blade being blunt wouldn’t stop me from shopping with Clipit Grooming in the future. My review was more to raise awareness as this was happening with a few people

The personal touch
I think you can always gauge the measure of a company by how they deal with things when there is a problem. Clipit Grooming go for the personal touch and call you, which is quite rare these days. A blade was missing from my delivery and they sent it special delivery. Fantastic customer service and great products.

We can confirm a replacement was sent this morning Special Delivery. Due to the Bank Holiday we could not do that any earlier.
Received my cargo grooming trousers…
Received my cargo grooming trousers promptly. Great trousers, hair & water resistant. I’m only 5’1 so will need to turn them up as with most grooming apparel.
