My package was a pair of slides they took a month to deliver and the merchandise wasn’t as expected and when I send it back, they try to take more of my money they still have not given my money back this is not OK and this is a awful product. I wish I could’ve gave them a rating of a zero. The slides were not even good. The material was awful.

Shoes are cheap. And guess what? They sign you up for a "free" membership and then charge you for it. They've now taken an extra $100 from my account that I am disputing. I will never buy again. Might as well have spent the extra hundred and got the real Birkenstocks. Lesson learned. I'm so tired of scams smh.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!! Shoe quality horrible thin and color not what is shown. ALSO BIG WARNING THE MOST SHOCKING....When purchasing the shoe you see a line item that says 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for $0.00 you do not see that it's a monthly subscription charging you $34.99 for still have no clue. Immediately dispute charges and close your cc account ASAP! As of today, still will not refund the shoe so we had to dispute charges.

DO NOT BUY. Absolute trash. The smell of chemicals upon opening was reason enough not to wear but then the quality of the material is awful. Paper thin, nothing on this shoe is made from suede or leather, rock hard sole definitely not cork. I emailed them to refund and they offered me a 15% refund, i emailed them again and they sent the same automated mail. Do not waste your money! The knock off Birks from Target are cheaper and much better quality.

Scam, poor quality. Keep charging my credit card not authorized charges . Had to close my card. Be aware!

Never received my shoes and got charged a random 34.99 out of nowhere, they said it was a subscription that they never told me about.

Cloggs were not the colour or quality advertised, a return was unavailable. I was then charged a year later for a subscription I didn't sign up to.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Can’t speak to the product itself because for over a month I have attempted to correct shipping details to no avail. No matter how many emails I send, I gain no ground and am still yet to receive the product over 5 weeks later. Additionally, I have also been charged a subscription fee that was largely undisclosed and completely unnecessary for an online shoe store. It was around $50 AUD for next to nothing. Would not recommend and will not be shopping through this company again.

You shouldn't buy there, the quality is the worst, they've used my card 3 times from their place of purchase and I've requested a refund and they don't respond.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ITS A SCAM. They keep taking money out of my account without permission after purchase. I’ve lost over $100 have not heard back from the customer team and I’ve had to contact my bank for a refund.

Ordered, came but quality is not good. Didn’t fit and color not the same. Their website states full refund policy if sent within 30 days of receipt.

Email them to request a refund two days after receiving them and they refuse to give us a refund stating that their policy states they only give refunds if they sent wrong size and color in their error

Sizing is completely off for US or EU sizes. Delivery says 5-6 days, but took at least three weeks plus comes from China which isn't mentioned anywhere. Quality of the shoes is low and returns are not possible if your shoes don't fit. Customer service directs you to a size guide that doesn't exist. Don't buy.

I’m sharing this to warn others: Clogg’s is a complete scam and one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

About a month ago, I ordered what appeared to be a pair of Birkenstock-style sandals. At checkout, there was a clear “30-day money-back guarantee” tag placed right in my cart. It said if I wasn’t satisfied, I could return the item — so I felt confident placing the order.

But after I paid, they delayed the shipping, and I didn’t hear anything for over a week. I had to email them just to get an update, and only then did they ship it.

When the box finally arrived, it already smelled like strong, toxic chemicals, even before opening. What I received was shocking: a fake, plastic knockoff — the color was wrong, the material was cheap and flimsy, and the whole thing looked and felt nothing like the product shown on their website.

Here’s the worst part: I could tell by the hardware and details that the photos on their website are actually stolen from real Birkenstock products. What you get is completely different — a low-quality, counterfeit version that’s probably harmful to even have in your home.

I reached out to customer service immediately. It took days to get a reply. Then they told me the item wasn’t returnable because it was “on sale.” Turns out, everything on their site is marked down, so technically nothing is returnable — even though they advertised a 30-day guarantee.

First, they offered 15% back if I kept it. Then 50%. I said no both times — I didn’t want this toxic, fake item in my house. Eventually, they told me I could return it, but only if I paid to ship it to China, which was never disclosed anywhere before buying.

I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and then, unbelievably, Clogg’s tried to charge me again without my permission — an unauthorized transaction, probably in retaliation for the dispute.

This company is a scam operation, plain and simple.

Save yourself the headache — never buy from Clogg’s. What you see on their site is not what you’ll get, and you’ll waste your time, money, and energy trying to fix a mess they caused.

horrible company run away!! 100% coming from China with nearly 0 customer service. You will constantly be chatting with 1 person named Maddy J. Good luck on returns if your shoe doesn't fit, they said they were "too busy" to help me. They also charged me an entire month later for a second time! I had to cancel my card.

Worse than Temu quality. They are falsely advertised as being made of real suede leather and cork. They definitely are not made of suede. Instead, the upper consists of a flimsy cardboard-like material which smelled of chemicals. The lower seems to be made of sawdust and epoxy although I can't be sure. All in all, very low quality. Don't trust the photos used on the website, they are misleading. Also, the reviews on the website are fake.

Additionally, the product took weeks to arrive and the fake-suede cardboard material was creased on arrival as they are shipped in a plastic bag rather than a shoe box. They were also advertised to me in Australia. I therefore assumed the price was in AUD when it is in fact in USD. I'll take some blame for that although I suspect this was left unclear on purpose.

Worst purchase of the year. I just hope I wasn't signed up to their scammy subscription service...

It is basically a scam, avoid it this site at all costs!

Never replied to my emails, and their promotions, especially, after you order your first, are easy to hit accidentally!
