We ordered 2 pairs of clogs on this site because they appeared to be better quality than previous brands we had tried. The product was supposed to be stitched on the inside of the foot strap but it has merely one button to hold in place (which has broken many times before). Overall, the quality is terrible, the look doesn’t match online ads and website, and the size was very small.
When we shared this with the customer service team, they essentially said “too bad.” We’re very disappointed in the products and lack of customer service.

I bought a pair of Cloggs that completely fell apart just 32 days after minimal use. The soles disintegrated, making them completely unusable. When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund because their return policy is limited to 30 days—as if two extra days somehow makes this acceptable.

They offered a 15% refund, citing that they're an internet brand. That logic is baffling. What does being online have to do with standing behind your product?

If you're looking for a product that lasts more than a month, look elsewhere. This is essentially a landfill donation, not a quality item. It’s disappointing to see a company knowingly sell items that don't meet basic durability standards. Buyer beware.

I bought some of their shoes, bc I’m a high schooler and I need a pair of clogs, and I was totally unaware this wasn’t the original company for these. Also a total scam! They took 3 months to arrive and I kept getting charged $30 a month, and this dumb Maddie J. Bot barely helped and I had to cancel my debit card to have the charges stop. Shoes are very poor quality, and after giving them my email and phone number, I get spam almost all day every day. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

My young daughter ordered and received 2 pairs of these shoes using my credit card with their buy one get one free "deal" for about $60.

They eventually arrived and although I thought they were hideous, she likes them.

About 3 weeks later, this $29.99 charge shows up on my credit card bill. I email them and Maddy J. says they can't refund it, bit they will cancel the membership.

I fight it and they agree to refund the money and that it will take about 3 business days.
Here it is 6 business days later and I am still waiting. My credit card company will step in next.

Edited to add that while I did end up receiving the money back, it took multiple requests and the charge never should have happened in the first place. Also, the shoes are basically falling apart already.

Stay far away from this completely dishonest, fraudulent "business."

When the cloggs finally showed up, they were genuinely comfortable. That's why I gave a two-star rating.
But everything else has been horrendous.
After approx 2 months of ownership, BOTH pairs of cloggs fully separated from the soles. I inquired about warranty and refunds - I have received three emails saying they are too busy to process this request and to continue being patient. I'm still waiting 4 months later.

ALSO, when you purchase the cloggs, you might unknowingly get signed up for a subscription service with Cloggs. I was completely unaware of this, and could not figure out why I was being charged $29.99 USD MONTHLY for two pairs of cloggs I bought back in March. Beware!!
I've never heard of a subscription for footwear before.

All in all, this has been an expensive and terrible experience. I hope someone from Cloggs reads this and addresses my concerns. I really wanted to like your product but it seems like the customer service has been extremely poorly thought out.

horrible company, dishonest, and if you even do get product its awful quality. also charge me randomly, and i get an email saying thanks for your order, and nothing is ever shipped.... completely avoid. pure trash

I tried ordering a pair, they only charged me for shipping protection 2$. I contacted the company they said they would reimburse me cause they charged me for shipping protection when nothing was being shipped to me. This never happened. Now about a month later they charged me for 30$ randomly. No email about a product being shipped to me. I have zero faith they will reimburse me for this ghost order.

First of all, quality is lacking. These are cheap, thin and uncomfortable shoes. Second, they signed me up for a subscription to a "membership" without my knowledge and have been charging me $30 a month. I'm contesting it now, but the fact that I even have to do that (who would ever pay $30 for a membership to a retailer) makes it feel SO SCAMMY. AVOID them.

The cloggs are cheap and take longer than advertised to deliver. That said, it’s only $24 with a deal and you should know you get what you pay for.

Why it’s one star is to warn people of the scam where they will automatically sign you for for the “rewards club” without indicating that this would be a monthly $30 charge.

There is no language on their external facing site to indicate that the rewards club is a monthly paid subscription, and they will not refund the first charge, only cancel future ones once the user realizes it’s a scam.

They get an extra $30 off every customer by automatically adding a $0 “rewards membership” into the cart of every order.

Avoid and report.

SCAM - BEWARE, ordered from them. Received another item , Quality is awful , looks and feel like 5$ Temu cloggs. Complete ripped off

I Just made a order but I may be stupid. I normally check reviews before I buys things but this time I did not. After ordering them, I looked up reviews and have not been happy with the reviews I have seen. I did some digging and found out that when you buy anything on their site, MAKE SURE TO UNCHECK THE BOX ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT THAT SAYS CLOGG'S CLUB TERMS AND SERVICES. THIS GETS AUTOMATCIALLY SELECTED DURING CHECKOUT. THIS PUTS YOU IN A MEMBERSHIP AND THEY WILL BILL YOU 30 DOLLARS PER MONTH!!! I will update this if I do end up receiving my order.
Edit - I did end up recieving my order like 3 weeks later and they are not what I expected. The material is super thin and they 100 percent don't look like they do in their ads at all. BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!

Absolute scam!! Don't buy. The product is shit and they do not take returns.

Horrible Company! My son had his shoes for 8 days and while at school BOTH soles fell off! No refund no customer support! Pure junk, dont waste your money! THEN just today they charged my account another $30 without my knowledge and no explanation! BBB here I come. Maddy J. Is a fake "person" this is NOT a creditable business! I hate China!

Scam. Bad quality product. Bad customer service. I have been charge for no reason.

Even after I canceled my "membership" with them, my card was charged. There is no where on the website where you can change or take your card information off the profile. I emailed them multiple times to get them to refund me or at least stop charging my card. No one has reached out or has helped me. I'm going to have to cancel my card in order for the charges to stop.
By the way, I ordered cloggs through them. They are cheaply made and took months to arrive.

I order them april 29 and waited four weeks for them to be shipped and they weren’t. I then asked for a refund to which they said they gave me but they lied and didn’t because I still haven’t got my money back. TERRIBLE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The shoes are terrible and have a disgusting smell to them and sizes are out.

I made an order and foolishly checked reviews after, I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order, they said it had been processed so they couldn’t, I then asked for confirmation of no future payments or subscriptions. They told me ‘we’ve only charged you once’.

Lo and behold, I’ve been charged a month later without consent. Stay clear.

Is there a 0 star option? Didn’t like the shoes and tried to return as I was within the period per their refund policy and the customer service has been embarrassing. Giving very generic “we value your feedback” spiels and not actually letting me / giving me an option to return the shoes.

EDIT: also interacting with Maddie J as other reviews have said. Absolutely horrible and definitely feeling a bit like a scam, not a real business at all. No real company acts like this.

Buyer beware. I seen from another review that Maddy J. Is the customer service rep I deal with also. Can’t get my money back and the address is a residential address. I looked up address and it was a residential building in Chicago Illinois. But when I got my bank statement it says a residential building in Dallas Texas. Called the number and it was out of order in Alabama. I filed a complaint with Maddy J. who by the way answers your email at 1am in the morning, really what business answers an email at that time and I filed a complaint with BBB. I’m going to get my money back!!! Please don’t fall for this SCAM! Not a legit company and I don’t care what other people say on the review NOT LEGIT!!!! Don’t want to even give them 1 star.
