I would leave them no stars if I could! Ok Customer service they didn’t turn up the first time and I got a call from them 1.5 hour before end of day saying engineer was held up had to wait 12 days for another appointment. I was given a morning appointment for next visit when the engineer hadn’t turned up by 11 am I called I was told it would be late afternoon as they had reorganised his route, I told them I wasn’t happy at having to stay in for 2 days and asked to speak to a manager, she said if I wanted to complain there was a procedure and she’d have to cancel my appointment and I’d have to rebook with the manager who “ should “ call me within 49 hours!!
The engineer arrived around 4.30 he was excellent there was a problem and he had to come back the next day but he did all the organising and for his service I would happily give 5 stars But I would never use or recommend tithe customer service

Responded and made an appointment fairly quickly. Then came back out quickly again as the first repair didn’t work.

First morning I have called they said we well call you back I’m waiting for call then I call again and booked engineer second good service

The new closamat was fitted very well the old closamat was not flushing correct so replacement was needed good job done happy with the results

My husband's Parkinsons combined with his age (92) and the damage caused by treatment of his Prostate cancer meant that using the toilet had become a problem. Closomat came to our rescue. The lifting mechanism means he can stand up again easily and the washing mechanism is really useful to ensure he is clean, He now has carers and they appreciate the ease with which Closomat operates, It has made both of our lives easier Thank you,

I have used Closomat for close to 20 years now and have never had a complaint about them, if I’ve had a problem I call them and an engineer usually comes within a couple of days

The engineer was polite and efficient

The closomat was installed as planned. But the sprayer was wrong (single instead of double) and the seat was wrong.
Within an hour of the installer leaving, the toilet was not working correctly. The cistern was not filling up. I could just hear running water from the watertank in the loft. The toilet was therefore unusable. I rang Closomat and was told the person I needed to speak with was out to lunch. He would call me back. 3 hours later no call back so I rang again. Made a temporary repair - myself and got it working but just as a regular toilet. Closomat engineer came a week later and fixed it. It is now working ok. Not terribly impressed by the dryer though.
This whole episode was quite stressful particularly as I am terminally ill and live alone.

The chap that comes is always very helpful, and does a brilliant job. Plus he is easy to talk to.
