The service is great

The service is great. The clothes are picked up on time, I receive updates on my app, they are delivered on time and folded beautifully. I love this service.

Love! love! love! this service

Love love love this service. I switched from using a local wash and fold drop off service. Clotheslyne is faster, more affordable, and easier to use since they have an app. I highly recommend this service to anyone

Best Laundry service hands down

Amazing services I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them and the Clotheslyners. I have a monthly subscription and have been using the service for almost a year and any time I’ve need support they have been attentive and fast. They also call me regularly to give them feedback on my experience which makes me feel like they really appreciate my business. Thank you so much for creating this service!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS SEVICE

BEWARE OF THIS SEVICE. DO NOT USE. I had multiple damaged and lost items through using this service. After weeks of requests that it be addressed they continue to fail in doing so. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as they refuse to address their failures to provide service. What’s more, is that they charge the employee if something is damaged, in an apparent attempt to prevent customers from filing complaints. They do not address concerns AT ALL, and instead blame the client and/or employee. Their customer service is abysmal, all the way up to the CEO, Daniel Feliciano, who is very unprofessional. I believe that not only are this organization’s business practices potentially problematic, but their employment practices may be as well. Do not use this service.

The community of laundry is amazing with ClothesLyne. There are so many services available, the support in the app and with your ClothesLyner is great. Communication is always number one, and it’s great to watch my laundries progress. Thank you so much for this!!

I tried to become a ClothesLyner to…

I tried to become a ClothesLyner to work for this company. I was approved and had an appointment with the COO, Camden Oliver to get started. He never followed through with the appointment. I called and was told he’d call me back in 30-60 minutes. I waited and he never did. I contacted the company again and left a voicemail with no response. I then googled him and found he’s just an inexperienced 23 year old trying to start and run a business. Don’t waste your time. This isn’t a reliable company.

Bag up my dirty laundry, a clotheslyner I picked after browing profiles picked it up & brought it back 2 days later completely clean, folded and organized!
Doesn't break the bank & I don't feel like I'm breaking my back trying to stay on top of my never ending laundry pile.

NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY …

Good idea-however not very customer friendly. Hard to sign up for one time only Service, app “pushes” subscription service. No information provided to cancel or advise their NO REFUND POLICY until it’s too late. Would not recommend until management is more clear what terms of service and payment options /refunds are-up front.

Regarding our refund policy, we want to assure you that we do not have a 'no refund policy' for one-time services. We have processed a refund for your transaction as we understand the confusion and inconvenience caused. Our no refund policy applies only to our customer weekly plan in cases of missed orders, and we strive to communicate this clearly in our terms of service.

We apologize if this was not made clear to you from the outset, and we are taking immediate steps to ensure that our terms of service and payment options are more transparently communicated to our customers.

Most Convenient Laundry Service Ever!

I’ve never outsourced my laundry before, but ClothesLyne was too tempting. I love the service; my laundry comes back smelling excellent and folded to perfection every time. I’ve used multiple ClothesLyners, and all of them have been great!
