Excellent service and another way to save money which is important these days. There are many services and options out there, this was an awesome find! Give Club 1 a try for your next trip!

The site provides a competitive price to other hotel platform. Especially when you are willing to invest and top up your account with a discount. However, I do believe the features and user interfaces could be improved. Fortunately, the customer service is not bad.

Customer service was great, the interactions were very positive.

Always easy and reasonably competitive on pricing. If you have a problem call them I always get a call back within a half hour and they aklways resolve questions and issues

What a joke these guys are! I haven’t done anything fraudulent as they came up with. They are actually the fraudsters. They keep sending you emails to write reviews and get $20 off your next booking, then when you try to redeem your discount they simply block your account and cancel your reservation without any warning. That is actually the reason why they have so many apparently good reviews on here, cause they “incentivize” customers to write them which is actually against Trustpilot T&Cs. Also the phone number provided doesn’t not work - it will ask you to send and email no matter if it is an urgent matter or not. And you’re lucky if they actually even reply your email.

I’m farely new to the club 1 benefits and am still learning of all the new perks but I’m excited at new opportunities that it offers for me and my family.

I’ve been using Club 1 Hotels, and it’s always been a problem-free and more-affordable option with great customer service and a rewards scheme.

Joining Club Hotels for a short period has opened a entire new world of discounts and deals ranging from Airlines, Hotels and Car Rentals. I have only touched the surface but I am excited to discover the full benefits and rewards.

After reading a mix of reviews, I decided to go ahead and book. I followed the instructions provided and recieved my booking shortly after.
Just to confirm, I waited a week and confirmed with the resort directly. My reservations were booked, as promised! I still have a few more months before my trip, but I am super excited and nothing to worry about, except going! ...... so far, so good. I would recommend!

The employees made this experience awesome! Everyone was so courteous and friendly. The Time was well spent and I definitely recommend everyone has the same experience while you can!

First time using Club1 to book a hotel for a family vacation. I would definitely use this website again because it was quick and so very easy. I got a confirmation right away sent to my email. When we arrived at our hotel we had zero issues. Nothing beats peace of mind when you’re away from home.
