My first order with them
My first order with them, I accidentally closed the pop up to give me a code for 20% off. I emailed them to ask if I could get it still and they were super fast in replying and offering it to me, and were really friendly. I made a pretty big bulk order of ink refills and they shipped super quickly with some extras included! I will definitely be ordering again from them for all my ink refill needs and look forward to trying their copic specialty paper!

Perfect online shop for Copic fans!
I’ve made a few purchases now, and the service is always fantastic! If an item is out of stock, I’ve been contacted and given the option to make a substitution. The regular prices are fair, and they often have discount sales which I try to take advantage of. Even got a few bonus items in my latest purchase! Delivery is always speedy, and the free shipping option is very much appreciated!

Great price and free shipping for my…
Great price and free shipping for my order. Your request has arrived one week after I placed my order, but I have not yet received my order so I’m not sure how I can give a full review. When I track my shipping, the information has not been updated for 3 days…since the order was in Ontario. I am in BC.
