Quick delivery pleased with the furniture clips absolutely perfect!

Definitely like the fact I could buy a replacement set of covers, for my garden sofa. Unfortunately the quality wasn't of the standard we had before and they don't appear to be water prove. They were poorly sewn with threads hanging out everywhere. They look good but would've preferred a choice of colours and better quality.

Two of the captive nuts weren’t drilled out so my husband had to drill and put together with nuts and bolts. Also the rattan had to be cut back to make space for the bolt heads. The advertisement suggested that it was a waterproof box, when in fact it was a box with a weatherproof bag inside. Very disappointed.

Great piece of furniture and great price

Brought my garden set in 2022 and it’s still looking brand new, my dog decided to attack one of the cushions so I emailed asking for a replacement and had one sent out straight away! Fantastic customer service! Thank you would recommend your furniture to everyone

UPDATE 21/7/26

Ordered Harmony Range Sun Loungers on 22/6/26.
And this where it all went wrong.
Delivery stated 3-9 working days.
30/6 emailed to ask when delivery would be made
2/7 company replied saying there was error with my order and would be dispatched this week.
Never arrived.
4/7;told order will be dispatched this week.
Never dispatched.

7/7 emailed to ask where order was.
7/7 email from company to now say there was a mistake with your order and won't be dispatched until 9/7
I was told it would be sent on a next day delivery.
It wasn't it was sent on 2 day service.
I received the delivery on Saturday 11 July.
Opened the box to find I had received the wrong order.
I received the Isobella range Sun Loungers!!
13/7 emailed company to say they had sent the wrong order, I offered for them to collect the order or offer me a discount to keep the incorrect Loungers.
They offered £80, I replied and said that I would be looking for £100.
14/7 emailed twice to ask for a response, but no reply.
Also phoned numerous times from initial order to delivery, but no one ever answers or returns calls.
Please can someone respond to my latest email.

Customer service via phone drastically needs to improve, especially when someone promises to phone you back and they dont*

Very positive experience with this company. I had bought an outdoor patio set a while ago and this year discovered mice had enjoyed the winter in the back of my cushions. I reached out to the company to get replacements and Mia couldn’t have been more helpful. Within a few days I had received 3 new cushions. Crisis avoided. Thank you

Very pleased with furniture. Good quality at very reasonable prices.
The delivery service was within expected timeframe and the customer service was great. We had an email exchange due to thinking that we had some parts missing but turns out they pack like Tetris and they were with us the whole time, just hidden.

Ordered and paid for a Sicily corner unit with firepit. Delivery was supposed to be 3-9 days. After a week I rang them for an update. They said they couldn't send out the order as the firepit table was damaged. They hadn't bothered to inform me that my order was on hold. When chased for several days by phone they couldn't give me any idea when a replacement firepit table would be available. Communication between admin and their warehouse is appalling. Sent 3 emails to cancel order but no reply. Managed to contact admin by phone to cancel but was told they couldn't directly cancel order and would need to speak to someone in their finance department. This whole experience has been dreadful and I would not recommend this firm. Their admin falls well below acceptable levels.

Not so good - when pointed out some items not arrived ie covers very poor email communication and responses with no apology for delay or for waiting ages for responses
Arrived a week after main delivery but no follow up - ruined what would have been 5 star review. But looking at reviews others found this as well.

Bought the firepit table, first use to lower from dining to coffee table use the glass top completely shattered covering me in splinters of glass it literally went everywhere which took me an afternoon to clear up and even now still fining shards of glass. Contacted the company and got a push back immediately and basically told to go find replacement glass myself! I went back to tell them it was first use and there was clearly something not right with it and again got a push back, they were not interested at all. I informed them I would go through my credit card and that they could refund and collect and got a reply to tell me about 'my tone' and not to threaten them!! Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. They give false delivery dates (as you suggested in other reviews) and take no liability for when anything goes wrong.

Still from April order I never received correct sofa I ordered . Having stayed in on 3 occasions for them not to turn up to collect . They keep saying they bent over backwards to help but can’t see apart from not turning up what they did ?? They have also deleted reviews on both review sites they use so what is the point of reviews if they delete any that aren’t positive . They have no returns phone line but are quite happy to discuss a future sale !! Oh and it’s them that keep emailing me asking for review so only doing as asked but expecting this one to be deleted as well !!

Please buy with caution, they only offer a 1 year warranty - rattan furniture should last approx 10 years but if you have damage after 12 months they will suggest buying an overpriced repair kit. I paid £900 for my set, all the rattan has broken on the table where it is actually covered by glass, contacted customer service and they didn’t seem bothered at all.

Lovely set, all delivered well wrapped, so easy to assemble, only need the table top fixing. The cushions are so soft, overall a great set, really pleased with the purchase.

No respons as yet to numerous emails re missing part delivery .paid for 2 sets anonymous received one...chat not replied to either
After several messages and an apology we have now received our second set and the quality is very good.I have upgraded to 3 stars
