Club Rattan - Furniture for Outdoor Living Avaliações

Very good quality replacement covers that fit my set really well. Delivered within a few days and kept well informed about delivery status.

Excellent products and great service ! We had broken a couple of clips on our rising table. New ones were sent out very quickly. Brilliant service !

Delivery was as specified, with very well packaged goods on a pallet & fork lifted onto my driveway. Nice guy who delivered it too!!! Beautiful products inside - well pleased with the quality & look once everything unpacked & setup on the patio.

Purchased a harmony corner set great product easy to assemble highly recommend .

From ordering, communication throughout to delivery, everything went perfect. Quality of furniture is very good. Personally, as I did, it is worth the money for the extra covers to protect your furniture.
Would 100% recommend for anybody thinking of purchasing.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

Go and look at the trustpilot reviews for rattangardens.com and the scam will be revealed. You will note that a lady on that trustpilot page writes that she bought from them after reading some recent trustpilot reviews about positive experiences that have since been deleted. THIS trustpilot page for Club Rattan (trading under Club Soda Living) has IDENTICAL reviews to the ones deleted from the rattangardens.com trustpilot page. I know because I too saw the deleted ones before they were deleted and have seen the exact same on this page.

I can only assume trustpilot worked out they were false reviews so deleted them, and they have been copy and pasted on to the trust pilot for Club Rattan. You will 100% lose your money if you buy from this website. So many, including myself, already have and if I cant get my money back I want to at least warn others.

We are very pleased with our garden set — the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic.
The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the delayed dispatch and the initial lack of communication, which was frustrating at the time. However, once the issue was escalated, this was handled much better and appreciated.
Overall, despite the rocky start, we’re really happy with the furniture and would recommend based on the quality of the product.

After doing a lot of research and nearly changing my mind about ordering as some reviews had bad experiences with delivery I went ahead and ordered and I am so glad I did. We ordered on the Sunday night and I got a call on the Tuesday asking when I wanted it delivered so I chose the Thursday and it arrived with no problems. Took my husband 2 hours to put it together and it looks nice and sturdy with lovely deep comfortable cushions and the added bonus of a free rain cover. So pleased with it for the price. Now just need the weather to improve so we can enjoy it. Thank you

Club Ratten customer service go above and beyond to assist their customers.
We ordered new covers but for a suite we bought from years ago. Unfortunately they don’t have the older suites which consisted of 3 stools but a bench. We explained our situation and they were more than happy to help and sent us the correct covers for our furniture
Excellent. Well done to you all

Furniture was delivered within a few days. We did have a slight confusion after delivery as we had a mix of left hand and right hand boxes but this was quickly resolved by customer support (some pieces are universal). Furniture and cushions are of good quality and we are very pleased with it. Comes with clips to hold the furniture together. We went for the rinsing table which is easy to raise and lower.

Ordered from the Harmony Range.
Excellent quality and quick delivery.
Would recommend and will return to add to the collection. .

Delivery within dates specified really easy to assemble just the top putting on the table and one arm on the seating. Great quality thick comfortable cushions, also bought a cover really great quality.

after a long search for rattan furniture I came across club rattan. The furniture is quality made , easy to assemble . The cushions are generous and comfortable and the firepit on the table is a really nice addition. courier service was good all in all a good experience, I would definitely recommend. many thanks

Decent quality - best to have two people for assembly- comfortable seating - happy with purchase.

Good wrapped packaging, great coffee table. Very pleased 👍

Ordering was very easy, I ordered the very high quality isobella corner suite with rise and fall table and stools.
The cushions are very thick and retain their shape.
I made an error in ordering 2 rain covers and customer services called the next day to query it, They refunded the cost of the extra rain cover promptly.
I would certainly use this company again and give strong recommendations to others.
