Well, what can I say… G has been absolutely brilliant from the get go. She has always pushed me to try my hardest, and pushed me out of my comfort zone (which I needed!). I have learnt so much from her, from the exercises I have been doing and the food I’ve been eating. My form and tempo has improved so much with all exercises, and this is all down to G! She has also opened my eyes about food and how to have a healthy mindset towards all food. I now have a better understanding towards food and the gym, and I know I’ll be able to continue with my journey. Thank you so much G🫶🏼 I will miss working with you🩷

After working with GLJ for a little over a year now, my only regret is that I didn’t sign up sooner!
I came to GLJ with the aim to be the smallest version of myself, in a toxic yo-yo dieting cycle, and working out inconsistently. After working with Louise over the past year, my lifestyle and my goals have completely changed.
I have a much better understanding of my body, my relationship with food has massively improved, and I have so much more confidence in the gym. I am a much happier and healthier version of myself, and no longer judge my progress by a number on the scales.
I’m so incredibly grateful and appreciative of Louise’s constant words of encouragement and support each and every week. For anybody considering signing up - take the leap, it is 100% worth it!

Harv is that best! I have been with GLJ for 25 weeks now and it’s the best thing I have done for myself in a long while, not just physically but mentally. Harv has helped me improve on my technique in the gym and helped me plan around social events so I have balance but don’t feel restricted and left out. I am also a quite anxious person and can feel a little overwhelmed, but with Harv and G there is no need they are both very supportive and easy to communicate with.

I have been with CoachedbyGLJ for around 4 months and my only regret is not starting sooner. Louise, as my main coach, is the ultimate cheerleader! Pushing me to finally hit the big lifts in the gym again, increase my weights and reassure me of my progress when needed! I feel so much better, more in control of my goals and fitting into clothes from 4 years ago. Plus the confidence and mental peace that this has given me is priceless. I’m a client of CoachedByGLJ with Harv as my main coach, and it has been such a great experience that the last 2.5 months has flown by! He has helped me improve my lifting form in the gym, and I’m learning to make better food choices that align with my goals whilst away at work conferences or on holiday. I love and look forward to the weekly check-in videos I get from Harv where we touch base on my progress and discuss how to effectively move forward the coming week. Have is incredibly responsive to and understanding of any challenges that arise, such as me feeling run down or ill. As someone who followed the CoachedByGLJ Instagram page for quite awhile before joining, I would highly recommend giving them a shot! I wish I had done so sooner!

I’ve been training with Georgia consistently for the last six months and this has been the best coaching I’ve received in a long time! She is so understanding but also motivating, she has helped push me when I needed it most but also allowed flexibility for life happening. I’ve lost almost 5kgs over me last three months and it’s not over yet!

Honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made was to take a chance on GLJ coaching. I had previously seen some of their clients getting amazing results and decided to try it myself. The level of consistency and enjoyment that I have developed thanks to their guidance is unbelievanle! If you are in doubt just give it a go, you will not regret it! They are amazing to work with and have such positive approachs to fitness goals and journeys.

Working with Louise has been an absolute game-changer for me! With her guidance and support, I've not only stayed consistent but also surpassed my fitness goals. I've gained strength, leaned out, and even discovered muscles I didn't know I had! Louise helped me realize that losing weight doesn't have to mean suffering; instead, it's about finding balance. I am with GLJ from August 2023 with G being my coach! I can’t stress enough how useful and knowledgeable she is and mainly how she motivates me in every weekly check in video. She shows a lot of understanding and flexibility to match my current work shift patterns. The whole experience has made me discover a side of myself I didn't know it exists, pushing myself to complete my gym sessions, going for evening walks to reach my steps and I can tell you it feels awesome. I finally see me in the mirror and i feel confident and I still have a long way to go. Cannot wait to continue with G to reach my goals!!!

I started with GLJ about 6 months ago & have had a great experience, with G as my coach. I really like the weekly check up videos where you get feedback & can discuss your plan for the following week. There is a lot of flexibility & understanding if you have things going on which may make it difficult to hit your targets & adjustments can then be made which has been great for me. I’m now nearly 10 pounds down & in the best shape I’ve been in in years! My form at the gym has massively improved & my overall attitude towards training & healthy eating. Would highly recommend 😊

What can I say except I should’ve started Coached by GLJ sooner?!
Louise has been the biggest supporter and motivator on my 12 week journey so far. Prior to joining, I kept an active lifestyle however I was doing too much of everything (spinning, running, weights, incline walking), not sticking to a workout plan (and tracking my progress!) and not fuelling my body with enough protein/fibre. Upon joining, I mentioned to Louise that one of my main goals was to understand nutrition better and I can say that with her help and guidance, I am proud to say that I do! It was a big challenge for me to track everything that I ate, however I’ve grown so much from this experience so far, and with understanding what foods contain what nutrients, I’ve dropped nearly 5kgs in about 12 weeks. I love the fact that Louise is always there for me when I need help or advice on what to eat when going out for dinner or how to use a machine in the gym properly. Her weekly check ins (which are always full of energy and smiles!!) is something I always look forward to receive at the beginning of the week! Thank you so much Louise, I am so grateful!

I’ve been with GLJ since December now, Louise is my coach and she is amazing. I was struggling since I had my son in 2019 to loose a bit of fat around my stomach and lower back. I’m vegan and have always eaten pretty healthy. Also have always worked out regularly so couldn’t understand why I was struggling! Louise has given me a great workout plan to stick to and got me doing more cardio. Although I was eating healthy before, I was eating way too many calories to be losing any fat. Louise has really helped me to realise this and helped me stick to a lower calorie, higher protein diet. Everything is tailored to you and done at a good pace to make your goals reachable, while also not restricting certain foods or alcohol! Highly recommend Louise and the GLJ team!!

It is very apparent that the CoachedByGLJ team love what they do and the community that they’ve built! It’s clear in every aspect of the program, from the personalization to the genuine support and encouragement. I had wanted to join for a few years and I’m SO glad that I finally did. Harvey has been so supportive and flexible in my journey so far, I have nothing but great things to say!
The programming and weekly check-in process are simple and have quickly become a part of my routine. Having my week in terms of workouts and macros planned and sent to me every week feels like it has taken so much off my plate.
Before joining my motivation and ability to hold myself accountable would vary. After a few months of being on track, I would stop being diligent and feel like I was back at square one. But with coaching I have been the most consistent I have ever been! I’m so happy with my progress so far, but knowing that I’m going to be able to maintain and continue my journey feels amazing!!
I also didn’t expect the progress and improvement on form. Through the video feedback I feel like I’ve also come a long way with my execution of movements. It’s reassuring to know I’m getting the most out of my workouts and continuing to make great progress.
I feel supported in all directions and am excited to continue my journey!!

I cannot express how amazing these coaches are! G is super communicative, making sure that I'm comfortable with the workouts and plans that we have and always supporting and encouraging me. I even submit videos of the exercises so she can help me with my form, which is something I never thought I'd have the confidence to do. She's also very attentive to my medical conditions and injuries which helps me feel more confident to try out the new exercises and more challenging routines. The results I've had with G are way beyond what I thought I could achieve and we're not done yet! Zero regrets in working with G, 100% recommend!

I’ve worked with Harv since 2019 and he’s the best! He’s so knowledgeable of everything health related and has the best tips when it comes to having a change in your daily routine, or traveling, he always knows. He’s also very detailed on the check ins, every week, I have something to work on and he always points out what I’m doing good and if I have a question any other day of the week he’s quick to respond. He’s helped me perfect most movements to feel them in the right place. Overall, this is the best and most personalized coaching program I’ve been in!

Thanks to Harvey's guidance and support, I've experienced significant improvements in both my mood and overall health. I feel more agile and energetic, embodying the best version of myself. I don't even know where to start this review about CoachedbyGLJ! G is my coach and she is an absolute cheerleader in my journey! She approaches everything with so much positivity. She learned me to be patient and to trust my body, how it works and the process. With CoachedGLJ you'll learn how to change longterm habits (not only foodwise but overall, like incorporating steps, mindset, etc.) instead of a 'Quick fix'. Also you'll learn that you don't have to skip the food you like but how to incorporate them in moderation. The best thing when you're looking for a longterm solution. The best investment in yourself!

I came to CoachedByGLJ looking for help on hitting my weight loss and fitness goals with accountability! One of my main struggles was my own accountability, so having someone who is cheering me on and checking in with my results every week was literally LIFE CHANGING! My main coach Louise is an absolute blast to work with! She’s also checking in with me throughout the week, and has only ever lifted me up, even on my bad days! I now feel like I have a better understanding of macros and good nutrition in general, as well as gym exercises! This program has introduced me to exercises I would probably have never done in the gym due to lack of confidence in my abilities, but Louise gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and I have literally never felt SO confident in a gym setting! I’ve only been with CoachedByGLJ for 10 weeks and I’ve already seen such a change in my body! I can’t wait to continue working with them to achieve my overall goals!

I have tried many online coaching platforms, but this has to be one of the best one so far. The results are insane. Having Louise as my main coach has been an absoulute blast, she really understood what my goals are and we worked together towards the goals, she is very supportive in terms of catching up and asking me on how things are going throughout the week, very helpful in terms of insuring my form is correct and also quick response on any thing i need. being coached with GLJ is a great invesment that anyone should invest when wanting to see real and sustainable changes for there help.
