Horrible customer service. Increased their prices 3 times, paid a bond for a confirmed price and then got told that the bus we paid a bond for was no longer available. An additional $800 for a different bus after paying our bond is ridiculous. What are we paying our bond for??? We were told we’d also be charged a $50 call out fee… after having the news sprung on us.

Beyond disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs

Edit: Regarding the response… Don’t ask people for a deposit if you still willingly offer others the bus people pay a down payment for… Otherwise what’s the point of a deposit?

DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We recently booked a bus with this company, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The initial price of $2250 quickly escalated to $3000 and then an astonishing $3800. Despite paying a deposit at the $3000 rate, we received an email on a Saturday, giving me only 6 hours to decide on accepting another price hike.

This lack of transparency and consideration for customers is deeply disappointing. Such abrupt changes not only disrupt plans but also showcase a disregard for customer loyalty. I had hoped for a smoother and more communicative process. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of the company's business practices.
The fact that there are multiple other reviews with almost a copy and paste story to ours shows the sly and sneaky practices being used to suck more money out of unknowing customers closer to the date of departure. Will certainly not be using this company ever again!

Prepaid in full for 2 coaches to pick wedding guests up in Adelaide. The coaches didn’t turn up. When I called them 25 minutes past the pick up time, they told me the driver was already back at the depot and won’t turn around now. Our guests were waiting half an hour before the pick up time and it was a secluded location so you can’t miss a coach turning up! The coach definitely did not turn up, and even if they did, they’re supposed to wait 45 minutes so how could the driver possibly have done that and been back 25 minutes after the pick up time?
I requested a refund and they ignored all my contact attempts - it’s been months. Now I have to take it up with fair trading. The coaches were more than $700 and all my guests had to pay for their own taxis.
They were also just generally really hard to deal with through the whole booking process
Absolutely would not use again or ever recommend anyone to use.
Please spread the word, don’t use this company, they steal money from their customers.

The bus was there ready and waiting for us, plenty of room, and very pleasant, polite driver. Most importantly, we arrived safely at our destination in a timely manner.

Price was good, easy to work with, changes were easily accommodated. Process was straigh forward and hassle free.

Booked a bigger bus, paid the deposit, then they come back relatively close to the actual date saying bus is no longer available, outside of their control, but they have found another similar bus which is now more than twice as expensive as the first and to secure the new bus you have to respond within a few hours.
Found another company which was close to the original quote and went with them - and I think you shoulddo the same

Poor communication throughout and a disaster on our wedding day.
We booked a 24 seater coach to pick up and drop off guests for our wedding. Firstly, we received a quote and we paid a deposit. A week later the company emailed me to say I had to pay more because they couldn’t get hold of the coach I reserved.
When booking, I was reassured that we could have multiple pick ups and drop offs and we could give the addresses just before the wedding as most of them were air BnBs in the area and guests didn’t get the addresses until just before the wedding. The week before I sent multiple emails with all the addresses and even an order to pick up. It was meant to be two rounds with the bridal party being picked up last. The driver came to our address first which meant he was running late. The driver didn’t speak much English so it was hard to communicate and he clearly didn’t have all the information I sent through to the company. The guests commented that the drive was a bit of a scary experience with sharp turns and near misses.
He ended up running nearly half an hour late so I (the bride) was 30 mins late for the wedding. Drop offs were just as bad. The driver refused to drop off guests who wanted to go home earlier even through we discussed this option when booking the coach. We ended up organising our own drop offs instead.
I wasn’t pleased with the phone call after the wedding were the person I spoke to just made lots of excuses of how it was a busy time during the Christmas holidays. Why allow a booking for the 28th December if you can’t handle it.
I did receive a partial refund (40%) but to be honest I think I should have received more due to the lateness and the loss of money due to the lateness (I paid an extra $1000 for an hours extra cocktail hour but we only had 15 mins because the wedding started so late. Also I paid for a singer for the ceremony and cocktail hour but she had to leave straight after the ceremony because of the lateness).
Overall I would not recommend this company. Poor communication through numerous emails and seem to want you off the phone if you call. They clearly didn’t communicate all the details over to the driver and they also sent many passive aggressive emails around changes to the booking.

Absolute worst service ever!! Will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. So rude and customer service from their drivers are shocking! Hired a “bus” from then only to get a beaten up mini van for my wedding guests. Would of been cheaper and nicer booking an Uber for them instead, have emailed them constantly only to get no response. Guest felt like they were going to get dropped on the side of the road with the comments from the night time driver as she wasn’t told she had to make 2 stops even though that was in the email I sent and received confirmation for this from this company. Rocked up way earlier then agreed on, blocked the only driveway in and out and we were rushed to leave by the driver even though we weren’t ready and still had guests at our wedding. Night driver was driving dangerously by swerving and slamming on the breaks constantly. Had to be directed by my guests on where to go and still kept missing turns. Spent almost $1000 for this. I want my money back!
Finally got an email back from them trying to tell me it was a miscommunication between staff and that the car we got is what was agreed upon which it wasn’t. No money back no apology, nothing. Would never use them again and don’t recommend anyone to use them. Avoid!

The driver was punctual, communicated with our guests, and got to each place very quickly. It was perfectly smooth and I didn't even have to be there. Will do again.

Drivers were punctual and good drivers. Friendly manner, really good trips. Need to clarify when booking though the number you are booking for, as is by number not size of bus.
